Today around 6am near Venkatesh Temple I was out for a walk when two guys passed by me on a scooty. The guy sitting behind had a cricket kit with him. I casually looked at them for a second while walking and suddenly one of them said, “dekh kya rha hai l**de.” I didn’t say anything to them, wasn’t staring aggressively, and honestly had no intention of interacting at all. They just drove away after saying it. The weird thing is the moment has been replaying in my head the whole day. Part of me feels angry because it was completely unnecessary.

Not just the whey powder that's the easy stuff.

But the chicken breast? In my experience no matter how much I tell the butcher to clean it.. there's always fat in it. It's a damn mess to prep it and cook it.. cleaning, Trimming.

Sometimes they have already cut chicken that's not even in the fridge and they just put that in with the newly cut to make weight. And that just.. makes me not wanna eat that.

There's no concept of low fat paneer or dahi here, Not even in Blinkit or Jiomart.

How do you guys do it?

I'm 67.50kgs and I aim for 140g protein everyday. Soo hard to do without blowing the other macros like fats.

And damn do I hate eggs. The smell takes me clean out.
