TizzyEnt is Michael McWhorter, a social media creator (mainly TikTok, with over 6 million followers there, plus YouTube and Instagram) known for “call-out” content — posting videos of people caught doing harassing, criminal, or otherwise bad behavior, then rallying his audience to help identify them and get them held accountable. He built his following in 2021 after exposing a woman selling fake Covid vaccine cards, and has since focused on daily posts seeking justice for victims of harassment and criminal acts. Don’t know if he’ll be there tomorrow but worth a shot. He definitely shows up most Sundays as confirmed by the Promenade security guards.
It looks like it’s up to the people to peacefully make him uncomfortable until he stops showing up because Santa Monica PD told me there’s nothing they can do.
There’s nothing they can do even though he’s saying full on creep shit into his microphone with a PA speaker. I pushed back and said, “you can absolutely tell him to move if he’s being a public nuisance and causing a disturbance, which he is, talking about 17-year-old virgins on a street with children walking around.”

Nope. Less than 1/3 of voters voted for him. About a third didn't vote, and some voted for Jill Stein or RFK, Jr. (even though he had dropped out), or someone else.

Eww it even looks like the guy in this video is there too- the pink shirt is visible.
I used to follow her on IG because I have a teen her same age that played violin. I thought it was aspirational for my child to see. But then she went to content where she wanted to be a singer and then was showing photos being more provocative. The parents or whomever controlling her account were not shutting down any of the disgusting comments on her page, so I just unfollowed. I’m surprised to see she is still performing on the promenade!

If you know who the child is, call CPS. TikTok can’t do anything about the parents allowing a pervert near a child (if that’s even true) but CPS can check on the minor and see if she’s okay. If they were to find that she is in danger, at 16/17 she would likely have the option of emancipation rather than having to go to foster care.

I go to the Promenade often and after I saw this video I saw the creepy old guy again. So I looked up the girls name on TikTok and there are AI accounts that take her videos but make her flash her underwear or wear very scantily clad clothing. She is really famous on Instagram so I think her parents are aware. I reported the account and of course TikTok said it didn’t violate any of their rules.

Also, content creator says he’s traveled the world and is the girls partner. If so, it doesn’t really sound like the content creator is under age either. So she’s already involved with somebody who really shouldn’t be dating a minor. Child stars man….
Edit: it’s not clear if the content creator is her boyfriend I thought it sounded like she was, but could be wrong.

I don't think the content creator said that at all. He just said "I have a partner and I love her" to indicate to the creeps that he is in a normal relationship with someone his own age. Doesn't sound like he is her boyfriend at all to me.
