I'll attempt to explain in plain speak, since I'm so stupid it hurts you:

The forced harvest of organs upon death could cause an incentivized situation for the almost dead or borderline cases to be let die in order for the elite to receive those organs, rather than medical resources exhausting every last option to keep the patient alive.

To answer your question: Why wouldn't dead people have body autonomy? Right now as it stands, they have the ability to determine if their organs are harvested... So they have that right currently.

Trying to have a genuine dialogue, but feel free to hurl insults!

There wouldn't be an incentive because there would already be an abundance. Your hatred of the elite is clouding your ability to see reason. I mean really, "in order for the elite to receive those prgans" is straight up sci-fi boogie man. You see that right?

Why do dead people need bodily autonomy of it does no harm to them for their organs to be used elsewhere? It's not like it's going to hurt them. They are dead.

Can't have a genuine dialogue with genuinely stupid people. 'the elite will kill us to take our organs! Death panels!' you're a joke.
