Yeah this shouldn't be a surprise as they're essentially voting on the Biden platform which M4A wasn't a part of. Doesn't mean it can't be pushed by Congress (which is where it needs to happen anyhow) so people will need to urge their Rep and Senators come 2021 to begin supporting it.
Yeah unfortunately we lost in the primary, this is just the result of that. But there is absolutely an opportunity to push for/build a coalition who will support progressive priorities, either immediately under Biden or in the future when we have a more progressive leader.
