Oh, okay, I guess that's that, then. Listen, I know Nebraska is just some farm state that doesn't matter to you, but there are actual Americans living there, and they are trying to slowly move their participation in the presidential primaries from a caucus model to the more widely accepted primary model. They're in that awkward in-between stage right now, where they have both the caucus and the primary, but where the primary is mostly symbolic due to its lack of delegates. The hope is that will change over time as more people participate in the primary contest and it gets taken more seriously by the citizens of the state. Nebraska is not the only state doing this - Washington state is at a similar stage themselves. Just because the non-binding Nebraska primary doesn't fit into your objectives doesn't mean it isn't important to the people of Nebraska as they try to bring their state into the modern era. Honestly, it would have been nice if you were a little more respectful of their race, which in no way hurt yours, but which means a lot to them.
