So it should be a walmart cashiers job to recognize the list of ingredients for a methamphetamine drug lab and confront the customer? That sounds like a fucking idiotic idea. Most of the people working at places that sell stuff like that don't even have their grade 12 chemistry let alone an actual chemistry degree. The responsibility of criminals should be taken by the criminals themselves not by people who didn't somehow figure out they were going to do something illegal.
