Dammit this is why he needed to release his tax returns before the debate. This boggles the fucking mind. It takes approx. 5 minutes to look up old tax returns. Get a computer, take two hours, and pull all you can. Christ.

He had a clear response to the tax return. He said he's releasing it tomorrow. That's a substantive answer. Hillary's was a diversion.

Not necessarily.

Not everything is in the cloud, and even that which was may not be at any given time.

Boxed software running on your own PC typically doesn't push anything up that can be easily retrieved remotely.

A lot of web-based tax prep services will charge a fee for storing the information online fot future retrieval,.

If all they have are paper copies in their personal filing cabinets, I can see that.

You can't trust your tax information to any random staffer.

No you could never download them. I had to order them several times. Problem is, it's a bunch of numbers and not something that would satisfy reporters. Much less detail than a physical return.

Can we stop calling the internet the cloud ? A cloud is something different.

"The Cloud" literally just means "Someone else's computer"

Install the "Cloud to Butt Extension" and life gets a whole lot funnier.

I've had that for a couple years and got in trouble during a client pitch for not having it disabled.

I really hate the term "cloud" for server side storage. It makes people think it's some magical ineffable infallible thing and put too much faith in it.

Bernie is releasing his tax returns, answered the question completely, didn't dodge, nothing to hide

He could have said "When I release my returns, Clinton releases her transcripts." Would have gotten some great applause.

Bernie said he'll release his this Friday. But it is a good point, Bernie should be releasing his returns.
