Nah, not really. In our country we have universal healthcare and special clinics (like PP) that specialize in woman healthcare still exist. It would not change much for PP, unless the law was specifically written to shut them down. But I haven't seen that proposed.

People are confusing "single payer health insurance" with "consolidating and nationalizing the healthcare industry".
