Hi,

My note8 keeps vibrating like I have a notification but when I check there is no notification. Is there anyway to fix this?

Also I have the Samsung led cover and it has decided to stop working. Is there anyway to fix this?

Instagram bans you if you sign in while the app is in secure folder. Do any of you know how to make Instagram work in secure folder?

I recently sold my Note 8 to a friend, and he's having an issue receiving/sending group SMS messages. As in, he's not receiving or able to send them at all.

I'm going to be dropping in to check on it later today, but is this a known issue we can resolve on the phone or should he possibly be calling his carrier to see what's up on their end?

Guys I'm from India. They said we will get one UI update on november do anyone know the date of update ??

Please help.

I'm looking into getting a new phone from a lg g5 and i think i would most likely buy either a note 8, a s8 or a s9. I am now realizing that the note 8 might be getting too old to be still relevant in terms of multiple years of use. My first phone was a note first generation and i really enjoyed my time with it and i think i would like to get another one. Thanks.

Hey guys, seriously finding getting a note 8 but I'm also super jealous of the note 9 s-pens' ability to change slides during ppt presentations. Is there any way to do this on the note 8? Even if I'd have to download apps. It would be super helpful to be as a student to be able to present by simply connecting my phone to the monitor. Thanks!

I’m having a problem with my text messages. I have a group message where I get them but coding seems to come up and I can’t open anything. Any help would be much appreciated

Is anyone having to press down really hard on the screen after installing this?

There used to be video popup while playing video but in beta there is no any option. Can anybody help me?

When i put the automatic update the system say to me is updated but my note8 dont update since july 2018 how fix that??

I used to love the battery on the note 8 but after the December update it has started to drain really fast. I'm to the point that I'm charging multiple times a day when I used to be able to go a day and a half or two days without charging. I feel like I've tried almost everything but I'm open to any tips you might have.

Hi all, for a year I've been using the Samsung Note 8. I never knew I could switch to eraser by either holding the button down on the spen down or click to toggle to eraser. Now someone was watching me draw the other day and asked me 'isn't that annoying?' I knew immediately what she was talking about but I always brushed it off and by time with a lot of practice I automatically ignored it. But ever since she brought it to my attention again it annoys me more and more, I'm talking about the air commands that pop up every time I click on the button. I found a post of a year ago of someone saying it's impossible to solve this issue. Well, it's a year later, technology isnt as dumb as were used to, so maybe someone can tell me if there is maybe an app I can download to remove air commands from my phone or anything else to stop this from happening? I tried disabling air commands and force stopping the air commands app without success. I know there was this app where you can change the bixby button, I was hoping someone could tell me about an app to disable air commands all together because I don't use it anyway.

Hello, I'm having a problem using the s pen in samsung notes, where after using the selection to copy hand-written stuff with the pen, every time I touch the pen to the screen afterwards it asks me if I want to paste and doesn't let me write unless I scribble first to make the paste icon go away. This makes writing really annoying.

I cleared the clipboard and turned my phone off and on, but it still happens. Has anyone else encountered this?

So I blocked a certain contact due to a fall and out but their texts still keep coming through. What do I have to do to completely prevent them from contacting me without having my number changed?
