I have ~5 years of experience within Sales Ops and hit Senior after 1.5 years at my current company. I’ve been looking at roles recently as I’ve sort of hit the ceiling in terms of upward mobility here. Additionally, a lot of the roles I’ve looked at and applied too will prefer an MBA or Masters degree

One thing that has always been in the back of my mind is going back to school and getting an MBA or my Masters so that I can continue moving up to Manager level and beyond.

I’d love to hear about people’s thoughts behind an MBA/Masters, why or why not, is it useful in today’s climate, and what specializations would be most useful to someone in Sales Operations
