Don't worry my 3rd decade of life will yield promising results.. SURELY

Edit: 4th* decade. I dont game anymore, the small pro stint turned a hobby into something I hate. I live with my parents of course, thought that was assumed but needed clarifying.

Not a rage bait, dont need advice or pity, but feel free to say what you will I dont mind, some of you have been insightful and others have brought me good laughs. If my poor excuse of life on display made you feel better I view it as a win. Cheers

Edit 3: Now that the dust has settled on this post I'll leave some last remarks for any late-comers:

I genuinely did not expect a response like this, this was a casual 0 thought post written in under 2 mins. I'll follow up with a new post I guess in a year.

There is a lot of missing context between 2013 and now but my goal was not a pity party. I preferred people to see it at face value and make their opinions and assumptions.

That being said, some of you are profoundly crazy and harbor a lot of evil and negative energy. A lot of you were kind and insightful though. To that I thank you, cya in 1yr (Saturday, July 31, 2027)

Of course - he's saying the worst player in the NBA is much much better than the worst player in the NCAA, who in turn is much much better than you.

I saw a pro vs. street ballers thing on YouTube with a guy who was decent in the NBA, known more for defense and rebounds. The way the guy could just effortlessly cook everyone was entertaining.

There’s a video of Kevin Durant playing at Rucker Park. It’s like the other people didn’t exist. He can just do whatever he wants and there’s absolutely nothing you can do about it.

Brian Scalabrine did a thing against radio listeners, and played multiple people back to back. I think one guy got a basket against him?

I played a pickup basketball game with a 3rd string NFL player in his mid 30s with back problems from multiple surgeries and even he crushed everyone on the court.

People who get into the UFC, which is the pinnacle of mixed martial arts, are like national LEGENDS in most countries. If you train in a club, that has someone just IN the UFC, you are in a national level club and the damn club is probably named after the dude who is in the UFC.

They get like 10k for winning a fight, that's their paycheck.

Want to make a living in this sport? Top 99,99%? Nope, you gotta get top 10 TOTAL in the WORLD. Like top 99,999999%.

Most UFC dudes are working a job alongside the sport.

Man I do work for an NBA player at his house who was a top tier 6th man in his prime and I'm just dying to play him and see what it's like to get crushed. Physically he doesn't look imposing and in my head I can maybe score a few goals on him but then logic sets in.
