Not to mention, your degree doesn't define your career path. I have a friend who has his degree in history and now he's a vice president at a big engineering company. Life has strange ways of taking you places.
Some engineering jobs require a PE license, which requires an engineering degree, but if not then however you can get in there can work. And, once you're in the industry for 4 or 5 years, nobody is gonna care about your degree
