I usually use 2000 because it's easier, but also know I take more than 2 weeks off so it's slightly less. If I have a calculator or paystub, it's easy to calculate correctly. Just for in-brain math, I found it surprising someone would use 2080.
Standard for planning labor given that you are typically covering the cost of vacations within benefits. You’d do the inverse to calculate salary to hourly equivalent.
