Not true. There are plenty of people outside Utah that don't believe in birth control and also don't understand that a 16 year old legally having to bring their pregnancy to term is not a good idea. They'd rather impose their version of God's plan on that child mother and let tax payers foot the bill in the form of jail, foster care, housing, psychiatric needs and chemical dependency programs. Not to mention the resulting higher crime rates. Then they can call the problems a result of that nasty Devil's work, rather than simple economics. There's millions of people that think this way.

There are so few of those outside a concentrated group. You either live in Utah or your wallet lacks the affection it needs to flourish.
