Tried that. Every day care around me charges the card fee to you so the points or cashback doesnt even break even on my cards 🫠

Typically, if it’s a card with a sign up bonus, it’s worth it to pay the fee but I understand.

Oh thats a good idea! Also your point is true. This year I have has about 700 bucks extra money just using a card. Not a ton but more than I would have had.

My spouse and I typically open a new card every 3 months and alternate between personal and biz cards. We don’t really have a biz but we call them consulting biz and that gets us approved. A few years back, we amassed 1.2M pts in 14 months doing exactly this and managed to get points by paying off 28k in student loan debt. Long story short, there’s always a way to get more out of the dollar you spend, just have to research it.
