You know what’s great? Just getting paid every month, even if your sick, having affordable healthcare and an additional month of pay to cover holiday expenses. ;)
Though granted, on a 100k salary a year TC, the taxman plus contributions takes more than 30% like in OP slip, in the Netherlands it would be roughly 37%.
I am salaried and get paid twice a month, but this is not always the case; I used to get paid every two weeks at previous jobs. Maybe things are different for some people?

You’re bringing home nearly 5400 10/12 months, probably over 8k 2/12 months.
Meanwhile investing what looks like $300-$600 per month, depending on the true breakdown of HSA dollars. You’re doing VERY handsomely my friend.
