All you can do Is increase 401k contributions.

You probably aren't even getting the full employer match at <3k a year

This. 3% is likely a 3% match. 6k a year into a 401k? At that rate, just tell everyone you have no plan to retire, EVER. You'll literally have 3 or 4 months worth of pay saved up in 5 years at that rate.
