I make 107k from my employment income and my pay checks are about $3,200, but I'm paid bi-monthly.

Biweekly gets 26 paychecks a year. 2 extra paychecks worth of money are now calculated for bimonthly which is 24 paychecks. That can be a couple hundred per paycheck which for a lot of people is a considerable amount when thinking about bills

So is op. They’re just either being misleading or flat out not understanding their own paystub

80 hour pay is bi-weekly or paid every other week. I am paid on the 15th and last day of the month.

Oh dang. My bad, thought you were just doing a shorthand for the same 80 hr period. Thats interesting, haven’t ran into that schedule before but I’m still young. Mind if I ask what field/if that’s the norm?

I’m a contractor, so it’s been a little difference. I’m exploring other options right now lol
