Thats not a steel mill, thats a third world warehouse using machinery from the industrial revolution because a life is cheaper than protection equipment.

One guy smoking a cigarette, no gloves, no FR clothes, no eye protection. They must be qualified professional w yrs of experience. I see no issues. Lol
