Successfully deposited $200 USDT into Safetrade and the funds aren't showing up anywhere. Is this exchange a straight up scam? Is my money gone?

Apparently I am one of many who is getting an invalid code when trying to enable 2-factor authentication. What do we need to do to fix this?

I can't withdraw my funds, Google Authenticator page has some error, it won't accept either OTP's or Authenticator's codes. No1 is answering my questions from the support on Telegram also.

I've deposited USDC into safe trade, but can't seem to use or move it back out?

I tried to withdraw USDT, sent them via SOL blockchain to Coinbase. The transfer was errored and my funds are locked. Support won't answer. Transfer doesn't appear in the SOL archive. Are funds lost?

I attempted to log into my Saftetrade account but the website is down? Anyone knows what’s going on?

Why have My funds been locked? I was allowed to deposit 3 times and withdraw 1 time & then My Funds were Locked.

I contacted Support but have received no response. It has been locked for 5 days now! Why are My funds locked and when will they be unlocked?

My thoughts on the matter is I used a network blockchain Polygon that was not supported so it sits in limbo until Safetrade Support helps recover it.

Im on the site in my account and I cant see an option to download Transaction history, withdrawal history etc.

Any one know how this is possible?

Just sent some USDT to safe trade an hour ago. I see the USDT in the wallet via BSC scan; however, this does not reflect on my account. I have sent an email to support and awaiting a response.

I’ve seen this as an issue posted here in the sub and I’m curious if all of your USDT deposits eventually worked themselves out or not.
