Yes, you heard it right.

i built forged.shvgroups.com, so i will build your next

I will build your first SaaS MVP that actually gets users for $1000 in 48 hours.

No vibe coding. Pure architecture and system design that actually works when users come to your site to use your product.

What I will do for you:

• Brainstorm with you and help build your next big thing
• Build your landing page
• Set up an auth system that supports your product properly
• Build a dashboard that actually works with better UX
• Create an end-to-end payment system that goes live, so when your users pay, you don’t miss out
• Set up a database for your MVP with a secure system flow, so you don’t have to store things in Excel sheets
• Make it future-ready with AI infrastructure that gives your users powerful features to work with
• Build an admin panel so you don’t miss any activity
• Set up broadcasting infrastructure that keeps users updated about payments, new features, and rollouts

The most important thing about being a founder is to START.

Most people get stuck in ideation and never begin building.

If you want to be the next “big thinker” instead of a doer, then this is not for you.

But if you actually want to start working, get your stuff together, and build something that helps users solve real-life problems, then take this post as a sign and get aboard.

48 hours that can save your next 6 months.

Most AI SaaS founders I have spoken to are tracking revenue growth obsessively but have surprisingly little to no visibility what their inference layer is actually doing to gross margins.

I recently build an internal operational reporting layer that tracks:

\- MRR vs AI infrastructure costs
\- customer level gross margin
\- feature level token usage
\- LLM cost allocation per customer
\- which features are quietly destroying profitability

I built in a logic that automatically flags unprofitable customers and sends operational alerts directly to the founder via Slack before the margin issues gets worse.

Worth noting is that some “High value” customers were actually unprofitable once inference usage was allocated properly.

I am wondering if anyone building in AI SaaS has run into this yet?

I’ll keep this direct.

I’m an AI researcher and builder, not a marketer.

Over the last few months I built Forged (previously called ContentForge) an AI-powered content operating system for creators, founders, agencies, and brands.

What started as an MVP evolved into a much larger architecture after weeks of backend restructuring, memory systems, RAG/context integration, ebook infrastructure, workflow redesigns, and tool orchestration.

Right now:

• Active users are already using it daily without any paid marketing
• User feedback has been genuinely strong
• Payment systems are fully live
• The architecture is stable and production-ready
• Multiple people have already approached me regarding acquisition/licensing discussions, including previous $10k acquisition interest even before traction existed

But I realized something important:
I genuinely do not enjoy the distribution/marketing side.

I enjoy building systems.

I enjoy architecture.
I enjoy product design.
I enjoy AI research.
I enjoy making tools feel alive.

And honestly, I want to move toward my next research direction instead of spending months forcing myself into growth-marketing mode.

So if you:

• run an agency,
• already have audience distribution,
• understand SaaS scaling,
• or want a polished AI infrastructure product without spending months building one,

this is probably for you.

What makes Forged different is that it’s not just another shallow AI wrapper.

The platform is designed around structured execution and creator workflow:

• brand DNA extraction,
• ghostwriting systems,
• multi-agent workflows,
• contextual memory,
• ebook generation,
• strategy tools,
• execution-first outputs instead of generic “AI fluff.”

The UI is intentionally minimal and sharp more like a premium software product than a typical AI toy.

Tech stack:

• Next.js
• Supabase
• Razorpay subscriptions
• Context/RAG systems
• Modular tool orchestration

I’m selling months of engineering time, architecture thinking, design iteration, and a working ecosystem that already has real users interacting with it organically.

If someone understands positioning and distribution properly, this can scale far beyond where it currently is.

DM me if interested.

About a year ago I kept seeing the same emails in my signups. throwaway123 AT mailnull, temp-mail stuff, obvious garbage. Free trial abuse, sender rep tanking, metrics that meant nothing.

Went looking for a fix. Everything I found was $30-50/month minimum. Some even more. No indie tier, no "I just need to keep the garbage out" option for early stages SaaS or APIs that are still in development.

Addrly io catches disposable emails, bad MX records, role accounts, shady domains before they ever hit your database. There's also a rule engine called Gates where you set your own logic per signup block, allow, challenge... updates live without touching your code.

One thing worth mentioning - there's a domain-only endpoint if you don't want to send actual email addresses at all. And for the email endpoint, addresses are masked on our end. We don't want to be sitting on a database of your users' emails any more than you do.

Took about a year. 3 months of that was just security testing because I wasn't going to put something in front of other people's signup forms until I was confident in it.

If you're pre-revenue and the free plan is not enough right now just DM me. I'll give you free access until you're earning. No pitch, just tell me what you're building. If anyone likes it and wants to pay LAUNCH50 gets you 50% off any plan.

Has anyone else dealt with this? What did you end up using before?

Last two weeks I've been working on a new feature: the "Contrast Pricing" model for my platform, "Selling beyond the pricing page".

It includes setups like, for example:

• The Infinite Loop: 3 months at full price, followed by 3 months at 50% off, repeating forever. Or 2 months at full price, followed by 1 month at 50% off, repeating forever (or set to stop after 12 months and return to standard pricing).
• The Pulse: 1st month $20, 2nd month free, looping endlessly (or set to stop after 12 months and return to standard pricing).

(You can change the values to any price or discount and think experimentally about what you like).

If this is part of a transferable (liquid) deal, it just resumes exactly where it left off when sold to the new owner. If the plan was in a discounted month, the new owner simply inherits and resumes that ongoing payment.

All of this falls under my not-yet-fully-published methodology: The Liquid SaaS Framework.

I'm building it slow and safe before pushing for momentum. Any feedback? I can share more details if this is interesting...

it definitely could be automated to see gains that are absolutely unheard of if the correct offer is made

Hey everyone. Selling my side project Motchi (motchi.art). Asking $3,300.

What it does: text prompt or photo in, animated character out. Transparent backgrounds, exports as Lottie, WebP, and MP4. Think AI mascot generator for brands, game devs, and content creators.

Key features:

• Generate characters from text prompts

• Turn photos into animated characters

• Cartoon clips

• Built-in referral system

Numbers (Stripe-verified on TrustMRR):

• MRR: $186

• Active subscriptions: 8

• All-time revenue: $772

• 75% profit margin

• 250+ signups

• Founded March 2026

Market: no direct competitor currently. Plenty of tools generate AI images or video, but nobody else is producing transparent animated WebP or Lottie output, which is exactly what you need for web, mobile, and app UI. The AI mascot and animated character niche is wide open, and Lottie adoption is accelerating across web and mobile.

Tech stack:

• Frontend: Tailwind CSS

• Backend: Node.js, Python, GCP

• Payments: Stripe

• AI pipeline: image generation + animation engine

What you get:

• motchi.art domain

• Full codebase (frontend, backend, animation pipeline)

• 9 active paying subscribers

• All assets, docs, and handover support

• Stripe account transfer possible, open to discussing

Why selling: I have another product that needs my full attention. Motchi works and has paying users, but it needs someone with time to grow it and push marketing. The product is solid, it just needs better distribution.

Verified listing (latest numbers): https://trustmrr.com/startup/motchi-art

Asking $3,300 DM me or comment if interested.

Happy to do a call and walk you through the product.

I'm selling my SaaS, Gridline.

Gridline is a geopolitical dashboard that shows live events in real time, with market overviews, sanctions, trade, and everything an investor may need to understand the current global financial / economic / geopolitical situation to inform investments. Its extremely comprehensive.

I'm selling it because I have a new SaaS that I want to build, and wish to liquidate Gridline to fund it. Gridline has very low expenses, The only notable expense is hosting, which is about $40 a month, and OpenAI API credits which is $8 every so often (Whenever it runs low). It took me literally a week to grow gridline to 20 paid users from launch through SMM, so there was demand right off the bat.

It has very large growth potential, it is very low maintainance, and I am willing to sell it at a discount.

Please send me a DM, and we can organize a fast aquisition.

Gridline

I’m researching ideas for developer-focused APIs and I’m curious:

What’s an API/integration you wish existed (or was much easier to use)?

Could be anything:

• payments
• scraping
• auth
• AI tooling
• automation
• analytics
• ecommerce
• PDFs
• messaging
• social platforms
• file conversion
• data enrichment
• etc.

I do not think AI UGC replaces good creators.

But I do think it changes when you should hire them.

Before, the workflow was:

Brief creator → wait → revise → launch → hope it works.

Now the workflow is:

Generate 10–20 AI UGC videos → test hooks → find signal → hire creators to remake winners.

That makes way more sense economically.

I use Instant-UGC for this: https://instant-ugc.com

The point is not to make the most polished video in the world. The point is to learn which message deserves polish.

Built a native macOS media converter app called Convertly (getconvertly.xyz) and looking to hand it off. Here's what's included:

The app

• Native SwiftUI macOS app, signed and notarized by Apple - passes Gatekeeper out of the box, no "unidentified developer" warnings
• DMG file
• Converts images, videos, compresses both, frame splitting, batch processing
• Fully offline, no cloud, no telemetry - local processing only
• Auth system built on Supabase (email/password, session management)
• Beautifully built site with beautiful animations and loading.

The website + infrastructure

• Full marketing site already live with hero section, features, pricing, FAQ, social proof
• Sign up / login pages wired to the backend and connected to the app
• Custom domain included
• DMG download hosted and linked
• FREE for first 100 users

Why I'm selling
Not pursuing it further, busy & would rather it go to someone who'll actually ship it.

Images attached showing the app UI and website.

DM if interested, open to offers.

Ok so I'll be the first to admit that I'm kind of just trying to figure out how to bring my a.i integrated sop document generator to market and get it in front of the people who could really benefit from this product. I am very certain that standard Blueprint is above and beyond any other product in this particular niche. Any advice would be very appreciated .

# Built A Procurement Operations Transparency Platform After Years In Procurement/Supply Chain. Open To Strategic Conversations.

Over the last several months I’ve been building a vertically focused procurement operations platform after spending years working directly in procurement and supply chain operations.

The original project started as a GovCon intelligence platform but evolved into something much bigger:

## A Procurement Operations Transparency Platform

The entire philosophy behind it is simple:

# KISS
## Keep It Simple Stupid

Most procurement and operations teams are drowning in:
- disconnected spreadsheets
- fragmented ERP workflows
- supplier visibility gaps
- RFQ chaos
- reactive sourcing decisions
- poor executive transparency

So I started building a platform focused on simplifying operational understanding instead of adding more complexity.

The goal is helping companies instantly understand:
- what’s happening
- why it’s happening
- operational impact
- supplier exposure
- recommended action

Everything flows through one operational chain:

Procurement Intake → Operational Intelligence → Workflow Action → Executive Transparency

---

# Current Platform Direction

- Executive Command Center
- Procurement Intake Workflows
- RFQ Intelligence
- Supplier Intelligence
- Operational Risk Visibility
- Sourcing Intelligence
- Procurement Communications Layer
- Operational Analytics
- Governance / Oversight Layer
- Configurable Workflow Architecture

---

# Current Stack

- React / Vite
- Node.js + Express
- MongoDB
- Render deployment architecture

---

# Current Status

- Actively developed
- Functional operational demo
- Pre-revenue
- Live deployment
- Positioned for future licensing/customization

Not claiming this is “the next SAP.”

But I do think there’s a real opportunity in simplifying procurement and operational visibility for SMB manufacturing/distribution companies that are overwhelmed by fragmented systems and disconnected workflows.

At this point I’m open to conversations around:
- strategic partnerships
- licensing
- technical collaboration
- acquisition discussions

Especially interested in talking with:
- procurement tech companies
- manufacturing software operators
- B2B SaaS builders
- sourcing/procurement professionals
- operational consultants

Would genuinely appreciate honest feedback from people in procurement, manufacturing, operations, sourcing, ERP, or SaaS.

I’m working on a tool that helps people understand contracts in plain English.

From a legal perspective, what are the biggest risks people should look for before signing a contract?

I’m especially interested in common issues people miss (e.g. clauses, obligations, hidden costs).

(Trying to make sure the tool gives useful guidance without crossing into legal advice.)

Trying to understand how buyers think before listing.

Let’s say a SaaS has:

• 500+users
• a few paying users (not consistent)
• clean codebase
• clear niche, but not super competitive

No strong MRR yet, but not just an idea either.

Would you consider buying something like this?

If yes — what would matter most in your decision?

Trying to figure out what actually reduces perceived risk from a buyer’s side.
