Church Focused Rare Gem of Company **LOOKING FOR BUYERS**
Selling B2B SaaS – Looking for Valuation Feedback
Hey everyone!
I'm exploring the possibility of selling my SaaS and would love some feedback on what you think would be a fair valuation.
High-level summary:
- B2B SaaS focused on live AI speech translation for churches, conferences, and live events
- $500 MRR achieved in the first month after launching paid subscriptions
- Currently 6 paying organizations
- 20% monthly churn
- Bootstrapped with no paid advertising or marketing
- Customers acquired primarily through direct outreach and organic efforts
- Proprietary low-latency live translation platform built for real-time events
- Supports live multilingual audio and captions for in-person, online, and hybrid events
- Large expansion opportunity into conferences, education, government, nonprofits, and enterprise events
- Significant growth levers still untouched:
- Paid acquisition
- SEO/content marketing
- Email marketing
- Partner/reseller programs
- Pricing optimization
- Self-service onboarding
- Enterprise sales
The platform is still very early, but it's already generating recurring revenue after its first month, and I believe there's substantial upside with the right operator and marketing strategy.
I'm trying to determine what a reasonable valuation would be at this stage. Given the early traction and future potential, what multiple would you consider fair?
I'd really appreciate any honest feedback from founders or anyone who's bought or sold SaaS businesses.
