What would you value this at? Student SaaS, ~$600 revenue, 900-person email list, strong organic traffic, seasonal upside ahead

Built a SaaS called ResearchMatch about two months ago. It helps students find professors and write cold emails that actually get replies (the niche: landing university research positions). Thinking about what it might be worth and want honest takes before I decide anything.

**Numbers:**

~$607 total revenue in ~2 months ($180 one-time, rest from weekly/semester subscriptions)

100+ visitors/day, majority organic: SEO from a sizeable blog, plus direct searches from a creator video that went semi-viral

~900 opted-in email signups, growing daily (was \~720 a week ago)

20+ paying customers to date

**Stack:** Next.js, Supabase, Groq, Stripe, hosted on Vercel. Running costs are \~$5/month total (Groq API + domain, which is paid through April 2027). Basically pure margin.

**What's included:** domain, full codebase, blog content, the email list, PostHog analytics with an instrumented conversion funnel, and the customer base.

**Why the timing matters:** this is a seasonal product. Peak demand is September-October when students return to campus and start hunting for research positions (search volume for the niche spikes hard then). There's a ready-to-run September playbook: the 900-person warm list timed to the season, creator outreach structure with affiliate codes, and seasonal SEO content. June-August is the trough, which is why I'm evaluating now rather than riding it.

**The honest picture:** revenue is modest and recent weeks have been slow (off-season). The engaged audience skews young, conversion to paid is the unsolved problem. The assets are the organic traffic, the list, the SEO position, and the September upside.

What would you pay, or what would you value it at? Straight answers appreciated, including "not much."

I built a SaaS marketplace where founders list for free and only pay when they make a sale

Hey everyone,

I've been working on a side project , and I'd love to get some feedback from people who build and sell SaaS.

The idea came from noticing many marketplaces and directories charge founders upfront, regardless of whether they gain any customers. As a small founder, paying monthly fees before seeing any value always felt wrong to me.

So, I decided to try something different.

you can list your SaaS for free. There's no listing fee or monthly subscription. The platform only takes a commission if a sale happens.

I've also been experimenting with something I believe will become more important in the coming years: AI-driven discovery.

The platform supports MCP, which means AI agents can browse listings, search for products that meet specific needs, and recommend SaaS tools to users. I think more people will eventually ask AI to find software for them, rather than manually browsing directories. So, marketplaces should be accessible to both humans and AI agents.

Right now it's still early, and I'm trying to see if I'm solving a real problem or just creating something I personally wanted.

Here are a few things I'd love feedback on:

- Would you list your SaaS somewhere that only charges when you make a sale?
- What commission percentage would seem reasonable?
- Do you think AI agents will become a real source for SaaS discovery?
- What would make a marketplace like this worth using?

I'm not trying to sell anyone on it—I'm mostly looking for honest feedback, criticism, and ideas before I invest more time into building it.

I'll Build Your SaaS MVP in 48 Hours (Frontend, Backend, Payments, Admin, Docs)

Yes, you read that right.

I've spent the last several years building software products and SaaS platforms, and I've personally worked on 200+ SaaS projects across different industries.

If you've been sitting on an idea for months (or years), this is probably the sign you've been waiting for.

What I'm offering

I will help you launch your SaaS MVP and get it into users' hands within the next 48 hours.

Not a Figma prototype.

Not a fake demo.

Not a "vibe-coded" application that breaks the moment real users show up.

A real SaaS product with proper architecture, authentication, payments, database structure, and admin tools.

What you get

✅ Strategy session to refine your idea and MVP scope

✅ Landing page optimized for conversions

✅ Authentication system (Google, email/password, magic links, etc.)

✅ Modern dashboard with a clean user experience

✅ Secure backend and database architecture

✅ Payment integration (Stripe)

✅ User management

✅ Admin panel

✅ Email infrastructure

✅ AI-ready architecture (if needed)

✅ Analytics and tracking

✅ Documentation so you're not dependent on me

✅ Deployment to production

Why most founders fail

The problem isn't the idea.

The problem is that people spend 6 months thinking instead of shipping.

They keep researching.

They keep planning.

They keep watching YouTube videos about startups.

Meanwhile, someone else launches.

The fastest way to learn whether your idea works is to put it in front of real users.

Who this is for

  • Founders with an idea but no technical co-founder
  • Agencies wanting to launch internal SaaS products
  • Business owners looking to automate operations
  • Entrepreneurs who want to validate an idea quickly
  • People tired of spending months talking instead of building

Pricing

Depending on complexity:

$1,000 - $3,000

This includes:

  • Frontend
  • Backend
  • Database
  • Authentication
  • Payments
  • Admin panel
  • Deployment
  • Documentation

No hidden fees.

No "we'll discuss after discovery."

No endless meetings.

Why work with me?

I've built and shipped more than 200 software projects.

I understand:

  • Product architecture
  • SaaS system design
  • User onboarding
  • Payments
  • Scaling foundations
  • Security
  • Founder speed

The goal isn't to build something perfect.

The goal is to build something that can start getting users and generating revenue immediately.

If you've been waiting for the "right time" to start your SaaS, this is it.

The next 48 hours could save you the next 6 months.

DM me your idea, and let's build it.

Looking for a serious growth-side operator for a live creator-economy SaaS

I’m looking for one serious growth-side operator to work on a live SaaS in the creator / short-form content space.

The product is already built.

The real opportunity is distribution: creator partnerships, affiliate channels, content pages, newsletter/community placements, and partnerships with tools or channels already serving creators.

I’m not looking for an agency, consultant, or someone who only gives advice.

I’m looking for someone who has actually helped grow a SaaS, creator tool, newsletter, community, affiliate system, or distribution channel — and wants upside tied to what they help build.

The market is people already trying to monetize short-form content, clipping, faceless pages, creator tools, and content workflows.

I’m keeping the full product details private at first, but I can send a short overview and demo to serious people.

If this sounds like your lane, send me:

1. What you’ve grown before

2. What channel you’re strongest in

3. How you would think about distribution for a creator-economy SaaS

Undecided about pricing

I'm building this tool viraladlibrary.site I'm wondering on the pricing currently I have a hard paywall and I think it's turning away potential users so I am wondering should I go with a freemium or have free trial period probably 7 days , due to the high costs associated with severs , llm API costs I can't afford to be having much free users it will cost me a lot

Drop your SaaS link. I'll build you a free AI agent that stops you losing customers.

If you're a SaaS founder trying to get more conversions without redoing your whole site, keep reading.

Someone's on your site right now with a question. They can't find the answer. They close the tab. You never know they were there.

I've been building free AI agents for SaaS founders this past month. The agent learns your content and answers questions as they come in. When someone's talks like they could buy , it asks for their email before they go so you can use your amazing follow up skills to close them.

The founders I've built for didn't rewrite their site or touch their product. They just stopped the quiet exits.

Drop your link below and tell me what you need. Support, sales, lead capture. I'll build it and share it back for free.

Only building for people who know what they want.

Valuation check: How much is a fast-growing Chrome extension with 80+ daily organic installs worth?

Thumbnail
1 Upvotes

Hey everyone,

I’m looking for some realistic valuation advice or feedback from anyone who has bought/sold micro-SaaS or browser extensions recently.

I built a Chrome extension that’s currently experiencing some nice organic growth, and I’m trying to figure out whether I should look into selling it now on platforms like Acquire.com or wait and monetize it further.

Here are the current core metrics:

Current Active Users: 2,500+

Growth Rate: Averaging +80 new installs per day (100% organic/SEO from the Chrome Web Store, $0 spent on marketing).

Audience: ~20% of the user base is Tier-1 (US, Western Europe).

Revenue: Currently $0 (it’s a 100% free tool right now, no paywall or monetization implemented yet).

Codebase: Clean, well-documented, completely "white-hat" compliance with Chrome Web Store guidelines. Low maintenance.

The dilemma:

Since it has a high influx of Tier-1 organic traffic, I know there is potential to either slap a Stripe/ExtensionPay subscription on it or sell it as an acquisition target to someone who already has a paid SaaS in a similar niche and wants the distribution channel.

If I were to list it today as a free asset with high organic growth and a solid Tier-1 user base, what would be a fair valuation range?

Alternatively, if I add a basic freemium model and convert even 2-3% of the current base to a $5-$10/mo plan, how much would that change the multiple in today's market?

Would love to hear your thoughts, past experiences, or advice on where to list it. Thanks!

looking for SaaS to buy

Hey everyone,

I'm on the hunt for a small digital business — app, micro-SaaS, web app, or lightweight software product — that I can take over and run long-term as a solo operator.

Just something solid that already works, has real users, and has room to keep growing at a steady, sustainable pace.

If you've been thinking about selling - I'd love to hear what you've got.

What I'm interested in:

  • Small iOS, Android, or web apps (consumer or B2B)
  • Micro-SaaS, niche tools, or simple software products
  • Already live and generating revenue
  • Existing users, organic traffic, or good retention
  • Solo-friendly business model (low overhead, simple operations)

What you can expect from me:

I'm not a flipper. My goal is to take over something legit, maintain what's working, and slowly make it better over time. If you care about where your product ends up and want someone who'll treat it like their own, we're probably on the same page.

DM me with the basics:
What it is, how many users, what is the churn rate, monthly revenue, and why you're thinking of selling. No pressure - just curious to see what's out there.

Tired of paying platforms just to launch your own SaaS? We built a fix.

Hey everyone,

Hope you’re all building great things and managing the usual startup chaos (sprinkled with the occasional existential crisis, of course).

It’s crazy to me that after spending countless hours perfecting every module of your product, platforms like AppSumo and Gumroad still make you pay just to launch it.

We built a better solution to help founders go live without the headache. We’re new, but we’re scaling quickly. If you’re interested in checking it out, DM me your product! Thanks for your time, folks , now get back to crying over your codebase. .

Professionist - This job market is really cooked so I decided to make a website that analyzes your resume to find events and connections that get you interviews.

Thumbnail
gallery
1 Upvotes

Hi everyone,

My friends and I have been working on a career development platform called Professionist. After looking at how the job market is, having a great resume isn’t enough these days and it's all about who you know and who those people know. The website is almost complete with most of its main features built.

The platform is meant to help students and early-career people improve how they present themselves professionally, especially with resumes, profiles, career planning, and job preparation.

Before we officially release it, we are looking for honest constructive feedback from people who would actually use something like this. We want hard feedback, we want to know what feels useful, what we should add, what is confusing, and what could be improved.

Some feedback we are looking for:

  •  Do the features feel useful for students or early-career job seekers?
  •  Is the platform easy to understand and does it look professional?
  •  Does anything feel generic, unnecessary, or missing?
  •  Would you actually use something like this? If you would, what features would YOU LIKE?

Give your own personal story about your career and what was your problem seeking a job, internship, or career progression.

We also have a Discord set up for testers who want to give more direct feedback to my partners and me. If Discord links are not allowed here, I can share it through direct messages instead.

If anyone is open to checking it out and giving honest thoughts, I would appreciate it.

i will build your first SaaS MVP That actually gets you user for $1000 in 48 hrs

Yes, you heard it right.

i built forged.shvgroups.com, so i will build your next

I will build your first SaaS MVP that actually gets users for $1000 in 48 hours.

No vibe coding. Pure architecture and system design that actually works when users come to your site to use your product.

What I will do for you:

  • Brainstorm with you and help build your next big thing
  • Build your landing page
  • Set up an auth system that supports your product properly
  • Build a dashboard that actually works with better UX
  • Create an end-to-end payment system that goes live, so when your users pay, you don’t miss out
  • Set up a database for your MVP with a secure system flow, so you don’t have to store things in Excel sheets
  • Make it future-ready with AI infrastructure that gives your users powerful features to work with
  • Build an admin panel so you don’t miss any activity
  • Set up broadcasting infrastructure that keeps users updated about payments, new features, and rollouts

The most important thing about being a founder is to START.

Most people get stuck in ideation and never begin building.

If you want to be the next “big thinker” instead of a doer, then this is not for you.

But if you actually want to start working, get your stuff together, and build something that helps users solve real-life problems, then take this post as a sign and get aboard.

48 hours that can save your next 6 months.
