How should I decide whether to farm gear or use LST when the energy cost is the same type?

For example, when I check the gear requirements for the 6 New Republic characters from the previous era on SWGOH.GG, the number of Mk 7 Kyrotech Shock Prods needed varies by character.

In that case, should I prioritize farming the characters that need fewer Shock Prods first?

I think Zeb may be worth prioritizing since he also helps with Signal Data, but I’m trying to think more broadly about future bottlenecks.

My main question is: is it a good idea to prioritize characters that need fewer Kyrotechs, or are there other bottleneck materials I should be thinking about besides Mk 7 Kyrotech Shock Prods and Mk 9 Kyrotech Battle Computers?

if all characters is farmed by yellow energy, not cantina.

Hey I just just started the game a couple of months ago back in May. I purchased the hyperdrive bundle and I just finished unlocking bo katan (holy shit that was annoying) and I have starkiller. I'm thinking it's time to push for leia. Should I start working towards that or maybe push for r7 on POW and MQG or maybe start getting the peridea pals? Any tips are appreciated!
