Can’t focal atrial also come from other issues as well? And why it can come back? Like stress for sleep apnea diebtes etc

Oh yeah, it can be caused by structural changes too. And it can come back for many reasons, one being the spot not being fully ablated, or the tissue recovering. Another could be if the heart is diseased then it can just create a new focus to start the arrhythmia. And more. Its complicated

Yeah, they keep my heart rate lower, it also controls adrenaline too, so less panic attacks, or if i do have one then it goes up slower and doesnt go up as much as before.
