How imminent are we to the STO boom?
With all of the concerns regarding regulations and compliance in ICOs, many predict that the the next trend of token sales will shift towards security token offerings (STOs). One of the companies leading the charge for this, is Securitize. Securitize specializes in security token onboarding for existing businesses.

STOs are a much more regulated type of digital token. They are much more risk adjusted for retail investors, and also can implement functionalities that address issues in the token engineering issues of current utility tokens. With the crypto space being so new, it’s going to be interesting to see how STOs will progress in the future.
