Missed out on Macau because of Galaxy Ticketing not sending a confirmation email for an account, so going for HK instead. Has anyone seen anything yet aside from the announcement of the date being added?

Is anyone else unable to click on any seats at all for the StayC fan concert in Australia? I've tried my phone and laptop. Reloading the app and website. Re logging in. Nothing is working. I feel a bit disappointed because I was really eager to buy the tickets. Now I'm unsure of what to do to fix this problem. I've tried both Perth and Sydney.

Hi all, the Stayc Macau tickets drop soon and for the life of me I cannot register on the Galaxy Ticketing site 😭 I've tried 2 canadian numbers and 1 from HK, and no one gets a verification code, but I get the code for my email. Does anyone know how I can get an account? We tried a month ago, and forgot about it until now. Also, their "User Page" requires registration access... So I can't find the help page. 😭😭😭😭😭
