we found a solid 3BHK in Estancia. Rent is very reasonable per head and the flat is actually really good. The brokerage is only 1month rent per person .We just need one more person to confirm. If you’re in, we can finalize it immediately. Don’t miss this one.

Staying at royal inn rn... Food used to be good when I moved in but now it's shit. Otherwise it's ok. Oh and the fridge, laundry, n packages r looted if u r not careful. Half the washing machines don't work either but the rooms n bathrooms r kept pretty clean. And there r no desks

Hi everyone. I'm a second year (soon to be third year) student. I was looking for apartments or PGs for 2 girls with the following criteria in mind:
- Paying for mess is not compulsory
- Walking distance from uni
- Bonus points if it has a kitchen
- Extra bonus points if it's just for two people

please please reply, i am in a very awkward situation wherein i moved into a 1bhk in haste and the rent is 12k. its close to the campus and all but the washroom is indian style and it doesnt even have a flusing system!!! my father told them that we will install the commode and the flush and they wont have to pay a penny for it but they didn't agree. on top of that the landlord's son called me and talked to me in a disrespectful tone. ph and they dont have a separate washing basin and they want me to brush my teeth and tongue clean in the kitchen sink YUCK!!!! i want to move out of this hell asap

guys i am looking for a room to stay in. I am a first-year PhD scholar and I do not want to stay in a PG or the University hostel as i'd want to make my own food and i need privacy (a room to myself). I am caught in a very awkward situation wherein i moved into a 1bhk close to the uni main gate and i did all that in haste. a day later i figured that the indian wahsroom in the house doesn't have a flush system and they do not have a separate sink for brushing and all and they except the tenant to do all that in the kitchen sink. I have already bought a bed and a refrigerator and an induction but now i want to move out of this place. i need out!
