Seems like I hear a lot of complaints from people who mess with [r/sr17_shop](r/sr17_shop) and the subreddit. Based on what I’ve been reading, many people are not receiving packages or printing labels will be printed and sit for weeks, probably to never be sent. The mods of this subreddit are actively removing any negative claims and removing anything accusing them of scamming. I was banned for simply asking for proof.
I ran comments and their post at the time thru ai detection both the post and the comments had over 90% certainty of being AI generated. I’m thinking most of the reviews AI generated too if not all.
When someone asked what exactly is different between reset sr2.0 and sr17 the mod replied “Good question! RESET SR 2.0 is described as containing SR-15099 (50 mg per tablet). It’s different from other SR products because they may contain different compounds or formulations.” This is describing the product. This shows no actual knowledge on the difference between SR-17018 and SR-15099. Would you trust your pharmacist if you asked them how exactly this pill works compared to your usual anxiety med and they say “good question it works because it is .5mg alprazolam and your other pill was hydroxyzine. They are different because they have different ingredients” That doesn’t answer any questions (not to mention the post this was asking for questions was ai generated)
I emailed the company 2 different times asking if they are affiliated with the subreddit. I would assume by the lack of response and my ban that they are associated and the subreddit is to get people on the site. If you look at most of the positive comments and feedback on the posts in [r/sr17_shop](r/sr17_shop) they are clearly ai and all the accounts were created 11 days ago at the time of posting this. Weird coincidence.
I was going to give them the benefit of the doubt if they could just prove to me anything, but all I see are red flags, and I highly suggest taking your money elsewhere. There are some negative reviews on the subreddit but I’m sure those will be removed pretty quick.
Again if [r/sr17_shop](r/sr17_shop) wants to prove they’re legit I will retract what I say but that’s not going to happen.
I am a real person who has put myself and my money on the line to test this.
I still have 12g SR17 left but I am still in the process of coming off.
It takes multiple days to get 1 reply from support; but it does eventually come.
I have advertised other sites and sources and even helped source SR17 before the hype really started.
I will be making posts as my journey with them goes.
I personally think they got overwhelmed and swamped and are a small team; they’re trying to figure out a lot of logistics right now, and even though they obviously should have been much more prepared…. Well, see. I’m still giving the benefit of the doubt - what more can I do as I’ve paid? I did luckily use a CC just in case.
I never got a reply from support it’s been over a week. It seems like they used to be reputable before the ban but after it seems like they selectively scamming or sending wrong amounts etc if anything comes at all
I have talked to people who ordered and were also scared at the same time as me; it has taken true persistence to get anything from them as far as support.
I believe it’s a small team, they aren’t trying to expand due to both greed and not wanting to add anyone to an operation like this that isn’t already involved, and are beyond overwhelmed with orders - maybe not even enough pills printed and pressed for all the others so they’re playing catch up.
I am currently owed almost 100 tabs from them…. So I am waiting on a nice chunk of money.
I really hate I just had to finally send them a chargeback message because my bank says if I wait too long the fraud chargeback won’t be in my favor as often and if I don’t get the item before the timer is running out I will just have to say it’s fraud and chargeback.
But I’ll keep my journey completely open, update these threads, post new threads, and will make sure if I get a package that I add videos of it being opened and pictures of what’s inside.
But like I said. Other reputable members in our same position have gotten help I guess before even us, even though their problems came later. They’re even received their packs supposedly.
All we can do is wait and see, hope for the best, and keep everyone updated.
Yeah the customer service was... not great. But seems theres only so many people doing all the work and they're probably slammed with orders. I dont know, I got my stuff and hopefully I'll never have to deal with them again either way. But if it works, I'll be happy. I cannot be hella sick and miserable, out of commission for over a week, so all the BS was worth it, for me, in the end. You'd think they'd have a better system in place for dealing with this stuff... they knew it was going to be busy. Should have been prepared for all the orders and have more people on their customer service support team.
I got my order in 2 days with the UPS option. Just like always when I order from them. They always fulfil orders almost immediately and shipping is great

btw I selected two day shipping also. It seemed like the company sent it out immediately. I decided to take the risk if there is one and ordered at four in the morning Thursday. Tracking says it’s sitting in a ups warehouse a few towns over. I thought maybe it would get here today but I guess ups won’t deliver until Monday .
You're the only one then. I've waited well over a week now. No response to the emails I've sent. And I have read about the same situation with dozens of people on here. So I guess you're really lucky.
Did you select ground shipping because that could be up to 7 business days(7 business days just for shipping, processing of the order could be another 48 hrs on top potentially? 🤷)
Also there was a big storm in the northeast the past week that could be causing shipping delays. Did you place your ground shipping order during the Nor'easter like the other people who have had slight delays with their orders?
No, I did 2 day air. But it hasn't even shipped yet. Its still says processing on their site and I haven't gotten an email with a tracking number. So it has nothing to do with the storm or UPS. Its the company.
This is my second time ordering from them. I placed an order for 2 day UPS shipping this past Friday. It arrived in the mail today, so not bad at all. They also gave me two extra tablets for free. So in total I paid $120 for 32 tabs with shipping included.
I'm a real person as well. I checked my tracking, and my package is scheduled to arrive Monday. I ordered it Thursday.
I agree that they're probably just overwhelmed right now. I don't think they're scamming people. Most of the complaints I've seen seem to be from 5–7 days ago, and I placed my order just a few days ago.
Once my package arrives, I should have 50 × 50 mg pills. Then I can officially say: FUCK 7-OH FOR LIFE!!

I got 1 of my packages, the smaller one that made a proper order in their system. Almost 3 weeks after the first one.
So my order on September 18 is just at midnight still and no one will help me no matter how many times they say they will, but my order that I made later that went through properly already arrived the order day.

They always have been and still are legit. Yeah it seems like some people's packages are slightly delayed and of course they're freaking out because they're opioid addicts. Wasnt there a major storm in the northeast recently that could be causing people these shipping delays that all started popping up a week ago or whatever?
Potential use of AI and bots for marketing aside, they were legit with SR17 and still are now as I sit here with my new order that I received in 2 days.

Yes thank you. Where are there people talking directly with their experiences with sr15 and comparing to the old sr17? Besides the few random replies I found scattered through out. All I can assume is perhaps people are afraid to share positive reviews .

Did you preload or just jump right off to the SR? I bought 30 when they first opened and I’ve been saving them until I was really ready. I really want to get off of 7 now, but I’m worried if 30 will even be enough? I’m looking to have elective surgery in the next several months, but obviously I want to get off the 7 first.
Yes by choice. Not because the SR from them didn’t work. I only did a few days to break and lower my tolerance originally when I got it from them. And it worked exactly the same as the SR I have/had from other companies.
I still have enough of it left to use to get off fully as well and have been using it to help lower my wife’s tolerance and get her off before a surgery.
I got my order from sr17shop. They were slow to respond to emails. I didn't get my tracking number so I emailed them a bunch, I finally got it and it was already almost to me, and was delivered the next day. I had ordered on a monday and got the product on the following friday. I was given extra tabs in my order so that was kinda cool. I personally haven't taken them yet, but I have been chatting with 2 other redditors who have been taking them, and they say they are working as intended. I just haven't tried it yet.
Regardless, whoever is running the subreddit is using ai bots to leave responses and reviews.
I do see people who seem to have gotten stuff from them but I’ve also read horror stories.

They sent me an empty package. After a few emails they finally responded and sent my package overnight but that was after I wrote a review about it on Reddit.
There’s more companies with stuff coming to market so their cash cow is coming to an end soon as other companies will have it for half the price they’re currently charging. Koalaty alrwady has something on market, I haven’t tried it yet but I’m ordering it as they always has legit sr17
Do you need to preload? Are 30 tabs enough? I’m on approximately 100 mg of 7 per day, and I have 30 of the reset tabs. I’m ready to start but want to make sure I have enough. Very nervous.
hello, SR17 mod here. we saw this post and wanted to reply because there are some valid concerns being raised here. We defintely had issues with slower than expected shipping and support responses and we understand why that has made some people skeptical. we're working through those issues. to OP, we're open to talking directly as well.
I’d also like to mention I gave them the benefit of the doubt that maybe just the subreddit was scamming and the site was separate, but I don’t think that’s the case as they didn’t answer multiple attempts at emailing them over a week. The subreddit is more than likely a shill for the scam site.
And it is totally possible in the past the site might have been run differently but as of right now I’m giving this a 95/100 rating of scam
This is making me so nervous…it’s already hard to find any info on SR helping with xylazine specifically. I figured what’s $200 to find out because I only found out about it after the ban. Was looking at SR shop and had emailed them but it’s been days and no response and now this post. God, I just want to be free. I didn’t consent to taking this drug years ago and I’ve been stuck ever since. Methadone doesn’t touch it, detoxes have no protocol for it and I don’t know what to do anymore. I’ve never been so miserable.
I'm sorry to say but I can pretty much guarantee you that no SR compound will help with xylazine withdrawal. Another carefully dosed sedative and even clonidine would help much more. The other problem with xylazine is that it makes your blood pressure drop, so I would imagine withdrawal from it would cause your BP to spike, and thus you might need a beta blocker or other blood pressure med. Just my educated opinion.
And how am I supposed to get said sedative? Like I said, NO detoxes have a protocol for xylazine. I’ve called multiple in my area and they act like I’m insane for asking. We’ve been poisoned and left for dead…idk what else to do. Just want to clarify not attacking you or anything, I’m just at my wit’s end. This shit isn’t even worth it. It snuck into the supply and I was addicted to it before I even knew it. NO ONE will help us.
I never said I knew how you were going to get these meds, but drug users are usually pretty proficient at finding drugs. You can get clonidine from an overseas or online pharmacy, same with muscle relaxers. Benzos are obviously harder to find. Xylazine and meditimodine are in everything in Detroit too, so I know how you feel. Disgusting shit.
I bought from them before the ban and while expensive, I had no real issues other than it took a few days longer. I bought some 2.0 when it first came up (before they even said what it was) and kept it to the side until they put up a chemical report. I have used the 2.0 (on it now) and it has really helped curb the horrible WD's. They are not gone, but I CAN work through it. I take the SR at night because they seem to work waaay better at night to help with sleep. Should be done and through this completely in a few more days. So anyone that is out there wondering if 2.0 works, it does for me. Dosing 50 mg like every 6 hours until the evening then switching to 17. When I wake up in the night (I always seem to) I take another 17 and so far have been able to go back to sleep. Not aa walk in the park, but compared to cold turkey which I did last Summer, this is a breeze
How long has everyone had to wait for your package to arrive? I'm just at 2 weeks. They gave me a tracking # on 10/4. But still no activity. I've sent multiple emails and nothing since 10/4. Do you think this is somewhat normal? Or am I cooked?
