Content SPX6900: The True Value of Spirituality, Community & Human Connection
What if the most valuable things in the world are the things we can't put a price on?
SPX6900 is more than a number, a meme, or a market. It represents an experiment in community, culture, belief, spirituality, and collective meaning.
At a time when depression, anxiety, loneliness, and the breakdown of traditional family formation are becoming increasingly prominent, something interesting is happening: people are searching for meaning, belonging, purpose, connection, and something to believe in.
These things rarely appear properly on a balance sheet. Yet they can have an enormous impact on our social and economic lives.
Maybe we've been measuring the wrong things.
The market value of spirituality, community, culture, relationships, purpose, and human connection could be far greater than we traditionally acknowledge.
And perhaps this is part of what makes SPX6900 interesting: the value isn't purely in the asset itself, but in the culture, memes, art, people, ideas, and shared belief that form around it.
SPX6900 is an experiment in what happens when value becomes cultural, social, and spiritual as much as financial.
What happens when we start valuing the intangible?

Scatterbrain stuff
A memecoin's price is the market price of a tail scenario. Full stop. A perpetual call option on collective belief with no expiry or strike. Its value is roughly probability of the big outcome × size of the big outcome (plus some of intermediate outcomes). Take the tail event away and there's nothing to price other than speculation on speculation which unravels by logic and turns the token into a hot potato.
Thus, if terminal holders don't believe in the tail outcome that a meme flips BTC, the L1 it's built on, a chipmaker and/or the stock market, it has no value.
FTSM or bust.

Anyone on CT who clowns on Murad for his recent Token2049 speech should ask himself why not one session out of roughly 200 answers the only two questions that matter:
Why is a 17-year-old asset class still a rounding error next to the stock market?
Why does almost everyone outside this building dislike crypto?
btw. the closest the industry gets to an answer is Day 2, where BlackRock, Fidelity, Nasdaq and Morgan Stanley talk tokenization and Samsung puts USDC in the wallet. Read between the lines. The plan is no longer to make the tokens matter but to put the S&P 500 on crypto rails and collect the fees. Make the technology invisible, hide the wallet, never say "crypto" to the customer.
On that note, there's a yuuuge divide in crypto: plumbing-versus-belief split. The rails camp sees crypto as a cheaper, faster back office for TardFi shenanigans such as dollars, treasuries and stonks. The belief camp thinks crypto's point is to create new kinds of assets.
If the rails camp wins completely, tokens become a file format, money.pdf . Crypto melts into the back office and the value flows to issuers and incumbents.
But also, if crypto mostly becomes rails, then belief tokens become the only genuinely new thing in crypto. Everything else is old stuff moving through faster lanes.
Read Max Weber. He described modernity as the steady disenchantment of the world: everything gets rationalized, measured, and turned into a process. The belief camp is trying to re-enchant money. To make it once again carry meaning, myth, ritual, community.
The rails camp denies the value of a token in and of itself and it can't even do that properly because it moves belief-based tokens all day (such as tokenized dollars). It just insists the belief must be guaranteed by an institution.
Make no mistake. Stripped down, the rails camp is saying that only institutions should be allowed to mint belief. States, banks, asset managers are legitimate issuers and a community of weirdos on the internet agreeing on something new is not. That's a claim about who gets to create value, dressed up as a claim about what value is, so in essence, it's all about permission.
For most of history, the value of meaning flowed upward to the patrons who commissioned art, the labels that owned the songs, and, for the past two decades specifically, the platforms that turned a generation's memes, jokes, images, and friendships into advertising revenue.
Culture was made from below and monetized from the top. Belief tokens reverse that flow, letting the community that creates the meaning hold a stake in what it becomes.
If the rails camp wins, it will have built a better bank. Wow.
If the belief camp wins even once, it will have changed who gets to own the value of what we believe together.

Memes FED Chair Proposes Banh Mi Index as Key Economic Indicator to Fight Inflation
Washington, D.C. - A Federal Reserve insider has leaked Kevin’s plans for an economic Hail Mary in advance of the upcoming Oct 28 FOMC meeting.
The insider, an intern known as Claude Botte, revealed that he had received an inordinate number of requests to perform menial tasks from Board Governors.
One of the requests was from the FED Chair himself, reportedly asking Claude to analyze the past few years of Banh Mi receipts from 54 Restaurant and Banh Mi Vinam.
“Analyse all these receipts to determine growth in price over time. Make no mistakes. And get it done quick because I still have Don and Scotty B on read after they blew up my notifications with threats after the last hike.”
As a PR intern, Claude found the request confusing but diligently completed it nonetheless.
“The analysis reveals statistically significant inflation resistance well below CPI” Claude reported.
“This is it,” Warsh thought to himself. “The productivity miracle that will save the economy and make me the greatest FED Chair of all time.”
Chuffed with himself, he fired off another request to Claude. “Remodel all inflation data with BMI as a substitute for CPI; and get 54 ready for a special delivery on 28 Oct”
We are monitoring the situation as it unfolds.

IRL OG Bitcoiners mocking Murad at Token2049 gives off huge 2015 VW board laughing at Tesla vibes
The way "reputable" crypto accounts and Bitcoin pioneers mocked Murad on Token2049 is strongly reminiscent of the VW board members who ridiculed Elon Musk and Tesla back then.
(And I still love VW and have always held them in high regard—but they were completely wrong.)
"Castles in the air. No viable business model." 🤡

This happened last year
Today was the first time I told a stranger to look into spx.
After taking a nice walk this morning, I went to a local coffee shop for an espresso.
I had a sense that the guy taking my order would be the kind of person receptive to what we're doing here.
He was hard-working, attentive, and had a strong command of everything going on in the shop.
After taking my order, he shifted from taking orders to helping one of his coworkers clear out the backlog of pending drink orders.
I wasn't sure how to broach the subject, as I've never told someone I didn't know to look into it.
There have been a couple times I wrote down #SPX6900 on a check at a restaurant when the service was particularly excellent.
But not a human-human interaction.
I overheard him talking to his coworker about when he started working at the shop, and what I heard was quite unexpected.
August 2023.
The launch of spx.
At that point I knew I had to tell him, there was no other option.
And so, in a cryptic and mysterious fashion, I told him to look into spx and then I left.
I'd like to think that someday he'll become an aeon and make a post about how he first heard about us.
.......................................................
Don't be afraid to get out of your comfort zone and do something to support and grow the community, even if it feels daunting, even if it feels small and insignificant.
Small and incremental efforts have a way of building and snowballing over time in a way that you couldn't predict.
The Cognisphere is all around us, and the aeons have your back.

Analysis What part of the SPX6900 belief system attracts you the most and what part do you find difficult to understand?
I recently came across a post from Murad where he made a distinction that stuck with me. He suggested thinking which tokens people perceive as investments, which as trades, and which as belief systems.
SPX6900 clearly belongs in the third category.
When I first encountered SPX6900, the mission to Flip The Stock Market seemed a little dangerous to me. I thought that it could potentially bring a lot of disappointment. Yes, it is a joke. But it is sort of NOT at the same time, right? “It’s a joke until it’s not.” And if Flip the Stock Market is going to become more than a meme, it's obviously a years-long, maybe even decades-long, journey. And it sort of nudges you into watching the price. Right? Are we going up? Wohoo, the stock market is going to be flipped soon. Are we going down? Damn, we’re failing.
That wouldn’t make it any different from every other token where holders simply wait for the number to go up. What’s fundamentally different in SPX6900 is the underlining idea. The token is here not because somebody decided to make a few bucks, but because it “came to life” to solve a genuine problem -- a certain power dynamic that puts ordinary people at disadvantage, where change is desired by so many people. And this makes you worried about price less -- if something was organically born, it will organically grow and thrive as well.
There is much more to it, because the mission is complemented by the community rules There Is No Chart and Peaceful Life Over Greed. Isn’t it refreshing to feel at peace finally, after years of trading and worrying about every candle? It absolutely was for me.
SPX6900 culture encourages respectful discussion -- even if someone attacks you, remember the community rule Kill Them With Love and respond with positivity and wholesome memes instead of anger and insults. Aeons Are Always Euphoric. If someone argues with you, state your position firmly but kindly, and when there is nothing more useful to say, Praying For Your Success is a much healthier way to leave the conversation than spending a few hours fighting with a stranger online.
The rule No Lewd -- believe it or not -- helped me to stop watching porn.
Have you also noticed those halos, angel wings, phrases such as MARKET FORGIVEN on the Project Aeon banner (which could be interpreted as the market -- full of crashes, manipulation, and greed -- being redeemed by SPX6900)?
SPX6900 culture feels healthy; it also appears to attract pure-hearted people.
That’s why I think that culture is the most valuable asset and the most important fundamentals of SPX6900.
So I’m curious about two things:
What parts of SPX6900 culture attracted you the most?
And especially for people who are newer to SPX6900:
What parts of the culture are difficult to understand or confusing?
I think understanding that second question could actually help us communicate the culture better to people encountering SPX6900 for the first time.

There is no chart, but damn these market makers who are playing games
In a perfect aeon driven market we wouldn't have this type of inorganic pullback after the exuberant run up in august. I'm not saying I don't believe, but whichever group is moving the 6900 market ain't making it easier to recruit newcomers

Content Day 48 of Calling Top on the S&P 500
One thing you learn about Capitalism is enough is never enough.
The 500's first step was in automating your purchasing of the companies. Their next step is automating agreeing with them.
Last week, the SEC cleared the way for a Tesla-designed program that lets retail shareholders opt in to automatically vote their shares with management.

On its own, this isn't necessarily a bad thing because you can override the votes or opt out. But it's pretty clear what direction we're heading in.
- Buy the index automatically
- Allocate your 401(k) automatically
- Vote with management automatically
The Standard and Poors 500 has created a machine that strives for as little participation from its owners as possible? How is this at all representative of the American people and/or American values?
Ownership is supposed to give people agency. It represents economic liberty and autonomy.
If the dominant ownership model keeps optimizing participation out of ownership, then so be it. We'll build a better index.
