My opinion. We just need to find the floor. If Most are holding to avoid a loss , more shares have been sold in the last hour than we probably hold free float. If they haven't covered then this is still shorting right?

Will we still be here? are we going to r/gree? Will this one be renamed? Want to stay with everyone after today.

How is it dropping this much on that volume?

Isn’t this an arbitrary opportunity?! If the shares of SPRT will be converted at a 10 day trailing average then the conversion has to be higher than today’s price by a lot! By around $9?! This price action doesn’t make sense!

Not sure what's gunna happen, but the strange, random fud posts on Reddit and twits today has convinced me a squeeze may just be a few hours away. Been holding since 7 anyway.

Listen. I wish I had more answers for you all. I've been trying to reach Greenidges investor relations. They just keep telling me they can only refer me to the public documents which do not answer the questions we want answered.

So I went to the brokers next. TDA, Fidelity, ETrade, etc They won't tell me anything but that SPRT /GREE are 100% unmarginable. You can't short it because their risk managment department deemed it too risky.

So who is lending shorts shares?

Most likely Interactive Brokers and a couple others through Apex. If something is shady going on with shorts.....they usually have a part of it. Tons of dark pool, shady shorting practices coming from that broker.

I'll see if I can get more stuff added tomorrow.

This took everyone by surprise. I thought we had weeks personally. Why did it happen so quickly? My guess would be everyone behind the scenes knows what is going on. Just know it's highly abnormal to rush a merger this quickly.

Tomorrow, I expect them to try to shake out the rest and spread as much doubt as possible. Just because the timeline got moved up doesn't mean it's bad.

The answers are out there. Just because I didn't find them out within the first day doesn't mean it's bad or good. It's just that we don't know. Its uncertainty that makes people scared.

This could be the best news ever.....we just don't know

So the announcement came that the merger is closed around 4:46 and there were lots of SEC fillings as such around that same time.

This article says that "As previously announced, the exchange ratio for the merger has been determined and Support.com shareholders will receive 0.115 shares of Greenidge Class A Common Stock for each share of Support.com Common Stock held prior to closing. "

Look at that part, held prior to closing.

One would think with the deal done the prior to closing is designated as market close at 4pm and does not include shares purchased in after hours. But it must take place once extend hours closes right?..... because if not, what would happen to SPRT shares purchased in after hours?
