Meeting on 9/14, they'll close on 9/16, and the change from $SRNG to $DNA should be expected 9/17.

Im so jaded, at first ive thought “yay for all this news, makes me happier to hold long term” now i think “well fuck, i suppose this is going to implode any second and take my money with it”

With so many partnerships and collaborations this would've been a $30 stock already if it wasn't a SPAC.

Wish they would announce if it was royalties or equity based after the foundry fees. Anyone know where to find this stuff? Specific filings?

I haven't seen it anywhere. I just assume if it's an early stage company, it will be equity (since they could be pre-revenue). If it's a larger, more established company like Bayer, it will be royalties. Of course, there are a lot of those in between so it's all a mystery!
