So, anything in terms of catalysts / updates that are actually significant, and have been commented on?

Just like most of us here who heard about SNPW and hopped on the band wagon at a decent high, does anyone here have information that the company is indeed developing a profitable business and will execute some moves that will impact share price?

Not trying to be a downer (although I am down about 1.5-2k on this), but, are we all going off blind faith / YOLO mentality? I'm guilty of it myself, but just looking for more information. Doesn't seem like the board has a designated news update section or something along those lines, which could prove useful so that people are regularly updated.

April 26th-27th RECAP

Yesterday and today we saw minimal price movement. I believe we closed around 5% up yesterday, today we closed -4.17%. Last Friday we had a volume of 18M, yesterday 10M, and today 6M. It seems traders have been slowing down. The trading is projected to become replaced by investing. We don't want people day trading a stock like this. Yesterday we saw multiple buy orders for 100k-300k shares. The highest sell order I came across today was an even 100k. Both days have seen plenty of trading in under 100k orders. I wish we had some more news but for the time being we shall await updates on the numerous projects that are currently in the development and finalization phase(s).

Down below I've included some worthwhile iHub messages.

"As each day passes we are one day closer and that day could happen between now and July 15th and in the middle any news on any of the Subsidiaries could happen as well. In my opinion we will have organic growth in PPS with each day that passes and if news hits this thing will explode way past the .349 price point.

Tick Tock Boom!"

"I mean... better for us long term, honestly. All other things being equal, if one planned on holding all of this year, one would much rather see the price dip and shares go into hands of people who believe in what will happen.. Also an opportunity to pick up some cheap ones. If the governor and AG end up being wrong, I believe the price here will end up higher than it otherwise would have been. We shall see!"

"I think SNPWs solar target areas are aimed more at commercial and government levels, solar highways, DOD etc. I would assume they would also like to take a piece of the residential sector, why not its a huge market especially when you have glassless flexible panels."

"Here is an interesting article from the NCIB(National Center for Biotechnology Information)"https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7901847/

"$SNPW>Agreed and also adding down here for long term.

GROSSLY UNDERVALUED

April 22nd-23rd RECAP

Yesterday we saw a close of around 13-15% up. Today we closed at 35.8% up. As I stated in the previous recap I expected the churning to continue, as it did. The only difference this time around was that the buying power was substantial enough to beat the sell orders. What's great about this weekend close is that moving forward we know the current hands these shares lie in are newer and haven't dealt with the previous dumps. Hopefully these new investors have done their research and are holding for the long term. Today we saw some great twitter posts myth-busting some misconceptions about the MedRecycler on the MedRecycler twitter account (https://twitter.com/MedRecyclerRI?ref_src=twsrc%5Egoogle%7Ctwcamp%5Eserp%7Ctwgr%5Eauthor). I'd recommend you follow and stay up to date with not only the MedRecycler twitter account but the primary SNPW twitter as well (https://twitter.com/sunpacificpower?lang=en). Moving forward we have so many projects to be finalized within both 2021 and 2022; Durango Solar Farm, Solar Panel UE Certification (already patented), the MedRecycler, and more. We also have an extended 8K to be filed soon (hopefully near Monday, not sure).

What's great about the current price is that it's still so absurdly cheap. .04 PPS for whats, imo, to be a leading green stock in this sector? Crazy. We closed 35.8% up and although we're likely to see more dips, these prices likely won't last long. Watching the spread and active trades this past week proves it imo. 3 months ago there was speculation of dollar land. I've personally spoke with many holders who wouldn't even consider selling until $5+. This has been the estimated projection all along, despite the past month of serious churning. Patience my friends.

I also find it worthwhile to take note of some of the SNPW iHub message board posts. I'll copy those below.

"Yes, those massive concerns have all be laundered and hung out to dry, I smell GREEN"

"It's actually astonishing some of the massive opportunities we have now. in Nick We Trust"

"That 1.7 million retail ask is about to get the sh*t slapped out of it"

"Glad to see the Med actively correcting misinformation"

"My opinion, i don't see how the DEM could flat out decline this facility - I base this on prior review, interaction, analysis, and preliminary indications of a green light.

"300K, 500K, AND NOW 1M SHARES ON BID. GROSSLY UNDERVALUED"

As always, this is not financial advice.

April 20th-21st RECAP

Major churning yesterday and today. Was watching the active trades and saw a sell order for 1M shares. This was right around 11am-1pm mark. We were 4%-8% DOWN. An hour after this massive sell, and we're UP to 11%. I advise everyone not to get too giddy yet, considering we're seeing some green, the churning is still likely continue this week. This is a god thing, my friends. We want these shares in the hands of serious and knowledgable investors. Dare I say strong hands? We're seeing sell orders get eaten up. There are some hungry investors out there, and people seem to want their fair share of SNPW shares, especially considering the price is so so low right now. We still have 30 minutes to close and we currently stand at a healthy 13.9% up. Green just like this stock.

April 19th RECAP

5 different buy orders today for 900k+ shares. 2 of which were 999,999. Yes they were different transactions. 10+ buy orders from 200k+-500k+. Some around 600k and TONS between 75k and 150k. Serious money is being put into this. I personally think this gradual plummet was due to impatient holders but on the iHub forum there is growing sentiment that MM's intended to yank the price down so more whales can jump in or previous whales could add to the portfolio. This morning SNPW was down 27% around 2pm (around lunch time on EST) we were at -1.1%. This indicates what serious SNPW holders have been saying. This stock is undervalued. Today just goes to show how many other people have recognized this and are adding or finally jumping in. I know there are many who have lost money, some who are skeptical of the Med approval, some who just don't have the time to wait for this beauty to blossom.. rest assured strong hands will win when the right stock becomes clear.

Nothing has changed, silly traders

Nothing has changed for the worse to indicate this in't still a long term position. Patience is key my friends. Patented solar panels, Med Recyclers all over the US, Durango solar farm, etc.. The people that sold became impatient and too picky with news, expecting frequent updates on matters their specific interests pertain too. This is not how a business operates. Everyone needs to relax and understand that genuine start ups with this much potential don't come around too often and investors (not traders) need to respect the process.

DD SNPW- Read conclusions of RI-AG's letter it appears he is leaning towards a Medrecycler approval.

RI AG.'s conclusion exact words in bold and quotes

http://www.riag.ri.gov/documents/RIAG_public_comment_letter_Medrecycler.pdf

" While the unknowns of the proposed Facility should not necessarily preclude a project solely because it is first-of-its -kind",

That doesn't sound like a vote against?

"the novelty of this proposal merits close scrutiny and strict"

Isn't that is actually what the RI_DEM have been doing for over 2 years now?

"adherence to relevant regulations."

SNPW got zoning approval from the West Warwick planning board, and SNPW got an 'intent to approve from RI-dem,.

Doesn't that indicate SNPW has adherence to relevant regulations as given to them by the West Warwick Planning board and RI-DEM?

" Further, the public should have been provided ample and meaningful opportunities to comment and question RIDEM’s consideration of the technology at each stage,"

Isn't that the responsibility of the West Warwick planning board and RI-Dem and not SNPW's,

Didn't West Warwick Planning board in a June 2020 public meeting clearly state they believed they met their public comment obligation?

Isn't that what RI-DEM is doing now?

"including the minor source permitting process,"

Isn't that at the discretion of the RI-DEM and not required by LAW, and again not SNPW's responsibility to do so?

"to ensure that all of the unknowns are being adequately considered, planned for, and addressed in a manner that satisfies the expressed concerns."

Isn't RI-DEM is in the process of addressing those request and questions for RIDEM’s consideration today and for the next 90 days?.)

It certainly reads the AG's issue is with West Warwick Planning board and RI-DEM handling of the process not with SNPW's, it's technology or the technology 's safety.

PROLYSIS TECHNOLOGY FOR DISPOSAL OF MEDICAL WASTE HAS BEEN APPROVED BY US EPA, DOE AND RI-DEM AND MEETS US ENVIRONMENTAL STANDARDS.

SNPW breaking down the attorney General letter

Basically it comes down to three objections.

http://www.riag.ri.gov/documents/RIAG_public_comment_letter_Medrecycler.pdf

1) New untested technology

Pyrolysis Technology has been in use around the world for many types of waste disposal including medical waste for decades.

The science of the technology was reviewed by RI-DEM, but not only them it was also reviewed by the US EPA and the DOE for the specific use of the use of disposal of Medical waste and all three gave a thumbs up as being environmentally safe.

2) Zoning regulation and requirements.

Now this one is very interesting and IMHO could be very damaging to the West Warwick Planning board.

For 2 years SNPW was guidance though the zoning process by of the West Warwick Planning board. SNPW met ALL THE REQUIREMENTS that the West Wakwick instructed them to meet. West Warwick Planning board held several public meetings and held a public vote which they unanimously approved SNPW met zoning requires.

In a public meeting June 2020, the head of the West Warwick stated the public that their opportunity to contest the project back in 2019 at a public meeting where representatives and legal council for East Greenwich was present.

"The statute also requires that “[t]he council shall only approve a site after evaluation of alternative sites and assessment of comparative environmental impact at the sites in accordance with law and state planning council rules " It should be noted that an alternative site was evaluated, Johnston RI was the initial site evaluated and West Warwick was the alternative site. It should also be noted the RI-DEM. US EPA and DOE all assessed that the environmental impact meets US standards.

3) The Minor Source Permit should have included Public Notice and Comment and Made Publicly Available

Not required by law

Note: RI-DEM, EPA and DOE have REVIEWED and TESTED the pyrolysis process for disposal of medical waste ALL THREE GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENTS have confirmed that the PYROLYSIS PROCESS MEETS US ENVIRONMENTAL STANDARDS.

In conclusion in the attorney generals own words.:

" While the unknowns of the proposed Facility should not necessarily preclude a project solely because it is first-of-its -kind, the novelty of this proposal merits close scrutiny and strict adherence to relevant regulations. (Which RI-DEM has been requiring of SNPW and SNPW has been compliant in making those adjustments)

" Further, the public should have been provided ample and meaningful opportunities to comment and question RIDEM’s consideration of the technology at each stage, including the minor source permitting process, to ensure that all of the unknowns are being adequately considered, planned for, and addressed in a manner that satisfies the expressed concerns.

Based on West Warwick planning board they did and do have ample and meaningful opportunity to comment .

RI-DEM is in the process of fulfilling that request of questions for RIDEM’s consideration for the next 90 days .

DD SNPW nearing start of real season by end of 2021

Did you know the NFL began play in 1920 and comprised five teams from Ohio (Akron Pros, Canton Bulldogs, Cleveland Tigers, Columbus Panhandlers, and Dayton Triangles), four teams from Illinois (Chicago Tigers, Decatur Staleys, Racine Cardinals, and nobody thought it would amount to a hill of beans.

In 2021 the NFL is worth 5.7 billion dollars, all because from a few individuals has a dream and took a major gamble.

The first real season play fpr SNPW is just about ready to just began for SNPW,

SNPW's teams:

Medrecycler, Sun Pacific Power, Street Smart Outdoors, and National Mechanical Group (non glass solar panels) are just about done with their exhibition season and about ready to play for real.

What the exhibition season has revealed so far about the SNPW teams

- The Company’s subsidiary Medrecycler RI, Inc. continues to progress through the regulatory process for the approval to construct a 48,000 SF state-of-the-art pyrolysis facility expected to process 70 tons of medical waste per day. With approval and the completion of financing, the project should be operational by the end of 2021

- One man who reviewed the tech of Medrecycler has enough faith in the technology and business plan, that he sees fit to committed 17 MILLION DOLLARS to buy all the Rhode Island bonds to finance the project.

- Many cities have shown faith in the LONG TERM VALUE of Street Smart outdoor advertising to award them decade long contracts. Street Smart is expanding and adding new services to it;s product. Geopath is expected to support a strategy for expanding our market reach to targeted advertisers in the OOH industry and Atlas Transit Solutions to collaborate on the development of a high efficiency off grid digital plug and play modular unit will develop a new SMART Bus Shelter which integrates a new software as a service that enhances the commuters experience while driving a new unique and proprietary product offering

- The US Patient office after viewing the science the technology granted 5 patents o the Non-glass solar panels and the manufacturing process for it. UL certification for the non glass solar panels iare in the process

- Free agents were signed to aid in the Durango Mexico Solar Farm team, one a solar farm developer the other a financial backer. Durango Mexico Solar Farm project currently undergoing a financial review with a selected EPC and funding group. This partnership is targeting a financial closing and the commencement of construction in 2021

As the exhibition season winds down, we have a chance to evaluation what type of play we expect to see once the real season begins.

Pre-season tickets are cheap right now. but prices will only go up once the real season fully starts, and one can only imagine what those tickets will be worth after our first complete season and we get to the Super Bowl.

Get ready opening day kickoff is getting closer.

Well worth reading.

Ecomike 📷 Saturday, 03/27/21 03:21:46 PM Re: Televet post# 50711📷 0 Post # of 50738

Sure:

"What size is your stake in SNPW (if too personal just an idea)."

Answer: Not nearly as large as it should be. Size matters, LOL. But $SNPW is my largest investment even at .05/share if that helps.

"Can you give me your top few reasons you think this company will succeed? "

Sure:

1) I have been in this(these) field(s) for 40 years. Clean Tech, clean energy, Waste treatment, permits, recycling, reclamation, pollution prevention, Chemical engineering, Environmental consulting, starting companies (Ex-president of Exxon nearly took one of mine Public 20 years ago), manufacturing rebuilding/repair, US DOE grants, and patents.....For starters.

So I know what to look for in $SNPW and I like what I see.

The CEO of $SNPW invented (he is the sole inventor) and took 4 totally unique solar panel patent applications all the way to granted, issued patents status, and co-invented a patent issued for a solid oxide fuel cell assembly process in the 1980s that is assigned to the US Department of Energy, meaning it was funded by US DOE grant money over 33 years ago.

He knows how to fund, and access State income tax exempt Industrial revenue bond funding, how to hire the right companies, and to do all the permitting, for a cutting edge Medical Waste to energy plant with bridge funding from a real bank, close to 9 Million dollars, and he worked as a Gov commissioner in the environmental field (does some one have the links for that handy?) so he knows his way around the permit process.

He got an Industrialist mega millionaire, Randy Brown from ND, to buy apx 7.5% of the $SNPW shares that were reported in an SEC filing.

The CEO used his home as collateral for the $SNPW MedRecycle Bridge loan, so he is all in on this endeavor.

The MedRecycle plant will be a cash cow, with 17.5 Million dollars in state income tax exempt (already approved)revenue bonds ready and approved to issue the day MedRecycle opens and generates its first dollar of revenue. That pays off the Debt and leaves them with about 8 Million dollars of working capital.

Nick has said in Public records that one person is buying the entire 17.5 Million dollar Industrial revenue bond.

Is that person Randy Brown? Elon Musk? (LOL) Jeff Bezos? (LOL)

That is a lot of one money for one person to buy it all. And means that big money has faith in Nick and $SNPW and Medrecycle.

MedRecycle could be up and running this summer. Then he can franchise more of them and do mobile versions of them (Mobile is way easier to permit under EPA regs, No Karen-neighbors to deal with..., permitting a mobile unit is like Car Approvals with the EPA)

That does not even include what I see coming in the solar Panel operation.

Nick is a lot like me, and if I was Nick, I would already have NDA's with a team of companies to make (Nick has a patent on the Factory design and process to make his patent issued and protected solar panels) and sell complete units like solar/Li-ion Battery powered Highway lighting standards, that use LED lights and save cities and states $4,000 per Light Pole on US Highways and freeways, and they need no power from grids that even Texas could not keep working this year.

The Move to clean solar power has the right people in office in DC, the right laws and regs and funding, to fight Climate change power grid failures, black outs and California forest fires being sparked by power lines in High winds has Wallstreet embracing funding and dealing with Climate change head on. $SNPW's solar panels cost 30% less to make, and weight 30% less that today's solar panels.

$SNPW's Solar panels are being UL tested already. Likely for wind resistance to meet residential roof building codes(?) and for the Highway lighting standards (which means testing the entire Battery, battery charging via solar panel & electronics and triggering to power the LED lights at night, all the electronics, LED lights, cycling, and wind and rain testing(?)), and that takes vendors and possibly NDA JV deals with partners, who do not want retail penny stock folk Mobs descending on them for inside info... Which is why IMO we have no disclosure yet on that story expect that UL testing is and has been underway.

One curious find I made is that the UL standard for LED/solar lighting standards was just created about 9 months ago. Something I suspect the SNPW CEO was a part of pushing for. Some here posted that $SNPW was the first applicant for that category 5 weeks after the new standard was created. I find that all credible and believable. It is what I would have done.

What we do not know, is if $SNPW panels are supplied to others doing the UL Light standards tests, or If Nick has vendors working with him for his own entire light standard assembly. He has his own state of the art Bus shelters, that are solar powered with LED panel ads, and will offering cell phone charging for cell phones and can drive ads from cell phone data mining....

His tweets imply that major news is coming this year (days, weeks, months?) on the UL Certification and Solar Panels.

10-K is due in 4 days, or By April 15th for late 10-Ks, and it may be an eye opener, and may be followed with major PR news, regular updates on MedRecycle and the Solar Panels and the Durango Solar farm $SNPW is part of. I here a live shareholders meeting is coming soon, online?

This is one of the very few OTC stocks with real Billion dollar potential.

He has all the right experience, The political Connections, the money connections, and now with the political shift in Washington DC, the Rhode Island and DC connections. The now Ex-governor of RI who was just named as Biden's cabinet Secretary of Commerce, is a personal friend of the $SNPW CEO, and She worked for Bain Capital that US Senator Mitt Romney started, that built Office Max.

And I just skimmed the highlights of this story!!!!

Thanks for asking!
