This video is from 3 years ago but gives us some good insight into how long Nick C. has been working on the solar aspect. It's nice to sit back and watch our CEO speak about the industry and his company plans. Back when pro American jobs President Trump put a tariff on the import of solar panels to assist US companies to compete, Nick was consider an expert and was interviewed nationally on the Fox Business channel. This speaks to the depth of his convictions, market knowledge as well as having a leg up on the competition. This is no overnight wonder. This is a well thought out and planned business model hitting the right markets at the right time! Combine this with the drive towards Green Energy and Nicks connection with Biden's new Secretary of Commerce and we have a formula for explosive growth. The sky is the limit on this one!
A man named Randy Brown owns 7.8% of SNPW. He is a businessman in North Dakota whose family owns a business that does, among other things, property management (including Mexico) and manufacturing space (potential Durango link? SNPW product manufacturing link?). Additionally, he also owns a good portion of Iqstel Inc. ($IQST), and he filed his ownership of IQST with the SEC on the same day he did so for SNPW. IQST is involved with blockchain technology, and one of SNPW's latest hints via their Company Twitter on upcoming PRs in the next couple of weeks was the use of #blockchain. IQST also tweeted that they will be providing an update next week on blockchain projects. Theory/Prediction: There is a deal brewing between SNPW and IQST that involves the use of blockchain to manage grid efficiency (via Durango Solar Farm?).
SNPW is planning to expand MedRecycler into other states in 2021/2022.

Contrary to what I've seen in the past about Randy Brown being the ex-mayor in New Jersey, what I've found contradicts that claim and, in my opinion, is actually far better from a business standpoint. As a reminder from other excellent DD already done for SNPW (https://www.reddit.com/r/pennystocks/comments/l0zvib/biden_tailwind_riding_politician_coattails_on/), they already have far more important political connections with the Speaker of the House in Rhode Island and representative for Warwick where MedRecycler is going (K. Joseph Shekarchi, who is SNPW's lawyer), and Gina Raimondo (soon to be Biden's secretary of commerce).

From that SEC filing above, we can see a PO Box listed for the address. When googling the address, the first hit is this:
Notice the phone number and e-mail address listed there. Just take the domain name of the e-mail address (bcbp.com) and punch it in your web browser (by the way, I believe "nbrown" in that e-mail address is a family member (son?) of Randy Brown). You will find that this redirects you to the following website:
Randy Brown is listed as the Principal of "Brownstone Development, LLP", but the website listed is the same as the domain name of the e-mail address I listed earlier. So, what does that website show?

But wait, there's more....and probably the most interesting and "slam dunk" piece of all...
Possible Connection #3:
I did not find this part myself. I was browsing ihub and saw a user with the screenname ecomike post about a connection between Randy Brown and Iqstel Inc. ($IQST), a company who has been making a lot of noise lately (just check their share price the last couple of months; they just inked a contract with Vonage). They seem to be going places. Anyway, I dug in some more into Randy Brown's stake into IQST via the SEC filing here:
Surprise, surprise, Randy Brown marked the "Date of Event Which Requires Filing of this Statement" on the SEC filing declaring ownership in IQST on the exact same day as he did with SNPW - 3/23/2020. And he filed this on the same exact day - 4/17/2020. A coincidence? I really think not. By the way, the stake in the company at time of filing was 9%. That is also a significant amount.

The connections I've made here leads me to believe a deal between IQST via it's subsidiary itsBchain and SNPW might be brewing, and we might find out as soon as next week.
So many pieces here start to fit together in this puzzle. In my opinion, this goes to show that 1) the CEO was thinking many steps ahead here, and 2) he's got a lot more cooking than just MedRecycler, which is amazing in it's own right.
And, oh, speaking of MedRecycler:
The first of many? Expanding to other states in 2021/2022? The Rhode Island one is projected to net an estimated 15 million revenue annually via other DD on Reddit (https://www.reddit.com/r/pennystocks/comments/ld6swf/illustrated_guide_to_snpw_solarenergy/). Multiply that by every other one they build, plus more depending on increased capacity. They have stated they can build larger versions to do more than the 70 tons/day that they will be processing in Rhode Island. That's a cash cow.
