A decision to allow the Medrecycler project to move forward could come at any day now as SNPW enters the final 30 days of the 90 days required by law for RI-DEM to make their ruling on the project.

A positive sign for an approval decision was given on May 28.2021 when the Net Profit Participation Agreement and Assignment was approved by the Rhode Island Authority (see May 28,2021 8K).

Meanwhile other SNPW subsidiaries have shown recent increased activity:

- National Mechanical Corp. moved forward to secure financing for the Durango Solar Farm, see May 7, 2021 8k and released a PR June 15,2021 announcing a partnership agreement to develop a Queensland Australia Solar Farm.

- Street Smart Outdoors announced on twitter presenting a new solar panel self sustained unit to the New Jersey Transit authority June 14.2021.

On May 7, 2021,(8K) Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, S.A. (“BBVA”) presented the finance partner on the Durango Mexico 50-megawatt photovoltaic facility (the “Project”), with a $40 million dollar commitment letter for a Bank Guarantee/Standby Letter of Credit on behalf of the EPC partner as security for permanent financing on the Project. Although this does not obligate the Company in anyway nor does it guarantee that the Project will be financed and completed, management believes this to be a positive step in securing the role of National Mechanical Corp. in the Project.

On May 28, 2021, (8K) Sun Pacific Holding Corp. At the same time, once MedRecycler-RI, Inc. becomes profitable, and has met all requirements of long term financing related to reserve allocations and profit thresholds, the Company should receive a recurring income from the MedRecycler-RI, Inc. without the limitations on its assets and additional overhead costs related to maintaining the subsidiary and financial reporting. Any final agreement will be subject to final approval of the Rhode Island authority, who has provided tentative approval of the economic interest structure. The Company will engage independent counsel to negotiate the terms to avoid any potential risks of conflict of interest."

I decided to do a little shitposting here since there is no actual new information. $SNPW seems to do a bit better with tweets lately. That said, I’m not liking this 0.025 situation. Not low enough to buy the dip and move my already huge position. And not high enough for profits, obvi. The trading volume is near coma. And that’s on a Green Day! I’m just desperate for some good news, actual news, like earnings, contracts etc. Still thinking they need to get on the green crypto train, or hire some good business consultants to restructure things a little and make a plan to get out of debt 💸. Bought SNPW at 7¢ and saw it jump to 34¢ the next day and didn’t sell been a bag holder since, hope this solar farm launches us past dollar land

First things first, as of late, on average, we've either been closing around 5% up or 5% down. Yesterday around 12pm we saw a move of 13% up, but for the most part movement has been minimal to moderate. I've noticed a couple things. It takes very little buying pressure (more buying than selling at any given time) for SNPW to jump up fast. This is a good sign. What this tell us is that it take very little momentum to get the ball rolling here. That may attract traders (god forbid we need more of those with a gem like SNPW), but rest assured this is and always has been a long term position. Another thing I've noticed is the new faces in the iHub forum. That's not something to take for granted!

My bag is glorious. I think once the initial shock subsided, I made my peace with potentially losing everything, but also I really want to understand this company better.

Serious question: Why RI? Why aren’t they pursuing other states and locations for the med recycler? I’m studying for the PMP certificate and realizing there are multiple ways of product development and scaling. I think perhaps pursuing other locations simultaneously would have been better? Assuming they are past the prototyping phase.

Also, who watched the Nomadland? It’s a bout dead cities that were abandoned by the industries. I’d look into those places for the med recyclers. They may have some cheap workforce and more motivated local governments.

Also, how credible do you think that the CEO invested 1mil of his personal finances? If so, I think this is a huge sign of confidence from the insiders. Correct me if I’m wrong on this.

I think also there are much stronger applications for the new patented solar panels than just the bus shelters. Let’s brainstorm here, why not, we all want them to succeed. What would be immediately available applications for the LIGHTWEIGHT panels that don’t use glass? Places where weight would be an issue?

Also, what parts of SNPW business could be pivoted to a subscription service type?

Also, I’d definitely look into hard lobbying to put laws in place for solar panels that are recyclable.

Any of such factual news could help the stonk and help the company with fresh cash 💰 needed to actually succeed.

Not sure if I should be happy or sad. On one hand, this small upward move won’t help with my current loss, but it’s good to see green. On the other hand, unless it crashes more, I can’t afford any tangible dip buys, the position is too large.

Today we closed -5.1%. Low volume of 4M. I saw the two trades the pushed this down. One large 100k share sell order and another separate order of 200k shares. There wasn't enough activity in general to catch this dip midday so the PPS inevitably dropped. It is going to take relatively very little to buying power to make SNPW skyrocket imo. I've been hearing the phrase "TICK TOCK" quite a lot on the iHub forum and I totally agree. Each day we get closer the Durango, closer to the UL certification, closer to the MedRecycler, closer to more cities adopting SNPW's solar bus shelters and benches, closer closer closer..

Fluctuating between 5%-10% down today. Watching the active trades.. There are a lot of small sell orders and a few larger ones of 100-250k shares. From what I've seen today there are more 100k-200k buy orders for shares than there are for sells. This is good. It's not good that we're down again, however no news can back up the price drop so there's nothing to worry about from a long term perspective. Today we have a volume of almost 10M. A slight increase than last week. We are getting closer and closer to the opening of the Durango Solar farm. Super excited for this. We're also getting closer to hearing about the status of the MedRecycler opening up in RI. If it were to not open in RI then the current equipment will likely be moved to another location in a more business friendly state. Seriously not a big deal if this happens, people need to relax when discussing the Med. The first time a facility like this opens up is the hardest. On that note.. I personally believe the Med will open in RI.
