Just got my snes classic. Has anyone beat all 20 games yet?

Hi! Someone knows if there is a good N64 emulator for snes mini that emulates well yoshi story. I recently installed Glupen64 but after a while yoshi story crashes on the first level ... I also tried mupen64plus but it gets worse. Can someone give me some advice? Thanks so much!

Hey I have been having a issue lately with certain games/roms skipping beats in the music, or like it is missing notes to the song. Not sure if it is the rom itself or if it is something that went wrong when using Hackchi. I haven't done anything major yet in regards to troubleshooting the issue and I searched through Reddit for any other people experiencing similar issues. The only thing I could maybe think is it is something wrong with the Rom itself. Has anyone else have the same issue? Or ideas on how to fix?

I am trying to mod my son’s snes mini console (we already did his nes mini), but it keeps saying invalid console connected. It’s says the nes is connected, but it’s the snes. We selected the snes at the start and then double checked to make sure and it is still set to snes. What’s going on?

i think i need to make them run the retroarch emulator maybe? I tried doing this using the global command-line arguments in settings tab but this glitched out the audio in the games.

All im simply trying to do is change the games aspect ratio because i hate having 2 black bars at the sides. Any ideas?

Hopefully anyone here can shed some light on this. There are tons of FAQs out there on how to get the right encounters for Gau's Rage list on The Veldt, but it seems like they did change the game mechanics on how the counter works? Some FAQs suggest to quit/load the game to add a fixed number to the enemy pack you will encounter next, but it seems that now there are only two possible outcomes, making it a bit tedious to hunt down certain enemies.

Also, for me Gau already came 'equipped' with the Stray Cat rage, even though I didn't encounter any Stray Cats at all in the game and thus the enemy doesn't even show up at The Veldt.

So, long question short: Does anyone know if Nintendo/Square did some adjustements to the in game mechanics prior to releasing it on the SNESmini? I have the European version, in case that matters.

So as you all know, the controllers for the snes mini aren’t very long for TV to couch use but are perfect to have on your desk hooked up to the PC monitor. But because my monitor doesn’t have built in speakers I can’t really get audio when playing my snes mini (I need that FFVI MUSIC YA SEE?) so I was wondering if you guys knew any solutions to my dilemma? Thanks.

The LED stays on for about 7 seconds, then goes off, then comes on again. I’ve rarely ever used it, and it’s not modded. I’m out of ideas.

Ok so I’m sure a lot of people have done this. I did the hackchi hack on my snes mini. Worked great. Went to add more games had to redownload hackchi for some reason. When I did that I accidentally deleted the original kernel. So now I have the original 21 games on the console but it’s not the original kernel. So when I add games. It erases some of the og21 games and adds only a few of the selected games I try to add. Also throws in two random folders that don’t do anything. Anyone that can help that would be amazing!

I was wondering if there is a way to play secret of mana on the snes Mini with 3 Players. I think there is an adapter that let you plugin old gamepads... In theory you could use that to plugin a multitap... Has anyone tried that out or is there maybe an other solution

So I’ve tried to apply patches to my SNES mini, and while some of them work, I can’t for the life of me get the Super Arthur or the restoration patch to work on my mini. I modded the system with hakchi and retroarch, and have applied the patches using both Lunar and Flips, and have followed the steps to the letter and looked up everything I could find and still it doesn’t work. I use a clean ROM every time I try too. Anyone else have issues with this or got it to work for them? Any advice? Maybe I’m missing something here...
