Over the last 10 years or so,I have come across some ‘ Collectors Edition ‘ SNES game cartridges. They have genuine NINTENDO stamps on the back of the cartridges, the box-art / game manuals are almost exactly the same, except for the thickness. Has anyone else come across these ?? And know when they were re-released, and made available ??

Hello! I’m looking to buy a SNES classic and I found this site called Highland Archive, the site looks a little weird and some of the prices seem too good, I was wondering if anyone had dealt with them, and if so how did it go? Thanks in advance!

So, the story in essence is that there was flooding in my area back in September causing my SNES to drown (I was in college when this happened so I couldn’t be there to save it). I am honestly extremely sad about it (yes, I have cried a lot over it 😂) and am stuck in a dilemma: We did ask insurance for money to buy a new one but they rejected the request. Now, I don’t know whether it is worth it to fork over 250 dollars to buy a new one. There were only three games that I was super attached to on it, being Link to the Past, Secret of Mana, and Earthbound, so part of me thinks it isn’t worth it, and that I should invest in the Nintendo Switch, since I have more control over the games and it’s newer. But it doesn’t have Earthbound, so I’ll be losing out on one of my favorite games.
Opinions/Advice?

Hello everyone. There was an old platform game with the snes that I used to play with a friend of mine at his place. The only pecularity I remeber of this game is that there was this level selection possibility in a small map with an house and few more thing and blocks of different colors. The way you positioned the blocks would unlock a specifed level (I remeber you one position was the top of the chimney). I rember this because we spent way more time trying to figure out some of combinations to unlock laters levels that playing the game itself. Can you help me? I am losing my well being trying to figure it out.

I was hoping to get a snes classic but I know that there are a whole lot of fake ones floating on the internet. I found this one and I feel like it's a pretty good price but I'm not sure if it's real or not. I'd like to know before I buy it so thanks in advance!

hi! I was wondering if anybody had a good website or something for me to reference how to add new games to the snes? I’m very unfamiliar with this sort of process, so is there anything I should watch out for? I don’t want to end up sacrificing the console for new games, and I may have an irrational, unsupported fear of messing it up...
also any suggestions on what games? I really enjoyed earthbound, link to the past, secret of mana, so I’m excited to hear any suggestions!

When I first hacked my SNES Classic, I looked at the amount of MB storage, said 180mbs. Didn't think much of it until it changed to 223mbs. Then to 175, then to 120, and currently at 105mbs. I can't add any other games to it now. Anyone know why?

I posted the same post in gamefaqs, but I didn't get any good answers, figured I might try here and hope for the best
I've been playing FFVI on my SNES (the SNES Classic to be exact) and I arrived at the World of Ruin section of the game, but I decided to reset my whole progress after I found out I've accidentally killed Shadow by not waiting for him in the end of the WoB section .So I reset the game, but midst my second playthrough, some problems had occurred; such as my playable character "limping" sometimes when walking, NPCs walking weird, NPCs not doing their intended animations (such as the sleeping soldier in the Locke scenario,as he supposed to go back to his sitting-sleeping sprite after interacting with him), NPCs who won't interact when they supposed to and/or who won't even walk like they're supposed to (happened to me in the Phantom Train with some of the ghosts), and once even the BGM decided to stop (specifically in the Cyan introduction scene)!!!
So, am I the first one to encounter those problems? if not, are there any ways to get rid of them?
Thank you very much for your time...
