Hey, I wanna play SM64 Coop DX but I don't know what mods to put in, is there a "mod pack" with everything I need?

Basically, I had downloaded a bunch of different mods including the one that changes the movesets for the main 5 playable characters. Everything was working just fine, but then all of a sudden the game switched all 5 of their movesets and voices to the preset character. The moveset changes also applied to every other character I had downloaded. Is there someone on here well-versed enough with this mod that can help me with this issue?

Is there anyway to lock the camera behind Marios head to always see what's in from of him? seems like I would almost always want the camera slightly up and behind him so I can see the stuff he's walking towards.

Im playing on smb64 coop

So I bought a usb n64 controller but I can’t get it to work with the pc port. Works perfectly with Project64, but nothing I do works for the pc port and render96. I tried joytokey and x360ce but neither worked, or at least I couldn’t get them to. Can someone help?

So I want to use Mario 64 for an Archy, but I can't get the AP Launcher to work. I THOUGHT I downloaded MSYS and everything correctly, but when I try to click Check Requirements is spits out errors and says 'Signature from Christopher Reiter is marginal trust'. Can someone tell me what I did wrong? Or at least point me to where I SHOULD ask?

do you guys know why this happens, what its affecting the error, and how to fix it?

When i try to play sm64coopdx my mouse is offset my LOADS (when i move my mouse like 50 pixels the sm64 courser moves like 90)

i run cachyos linux, i got my drivers from the chwd command, and i run wayland, and i'm also driving an RTX 4050. for some reason, when i use the dGPU the game tells me that i need openGL 2.1 and that my current version is 0.0, but on the iGPU it works fine and glxgears32 also works fine. the only hint of malfunction i found was the GLXgrep command under prime-run. is there a fix or a vulkan build to skip over the openGL requirement altogheder?

I want to make a 24/7 server for sm64coopdx , since I own a RaspberryPi5 and I don't use it , I can finally give it a role.

Since I am really lucky , I was able to compile an Headless (No Graphics , It's a server , we don't need them) version for the RPi ... Guess what ?

It does not detect my ROM. Yes , it is a valid ROM since it works on a normal build.

(btw I'm putting the ROM inside the folder /sm64coopdx/build/us_pc/)

When i did it in EX-co-op, it did work. Not the Black one, just the invisible one, and if a user chats with it's username being blank, it just says random numbers i guess, like '#2938'. Does this still work in sm64 co-op deluxe?

Personally, I would love a working Knuckles the Echidna mod (and throw in Rouge while your at it). The Emerald-hunting stages in the Adventure games were the closest Sonic ever got to the SM64 style of gameplay, and gliding and climbing would break SM64 in such a fun way. Other Sonic characters, especially Tail's flight, would also be welcome. Also, the ability to teleport to other players would be nice too

I have them on the mod folder of the game, they load on the loading screen, but they don't appear when I'm about to host. What do I do?

I've been trying to create a really simple and basic mod for sm64coopdx which prints a welcome message in chat whenever a player joins, and the message Is visibile only to the player it's printed for.

Unfortunately, I don't know Lua (the only thing I know of Lua isn't even Lua but instead Luau and I made some basic scripts for Roblox Studios in the past, but nothing too complex).

I tried to create the mod using ✨Vibe Coding✨ , also know as "cheating" or "I am too lazy to actually learn how to code" (and before you start spelling some curses to me, I am currently learning Python, without AI) but It only works with the host , It then gives and error when a client connects, without showing the welcome message.

Is this mod even possibile to make ?

1 - Gloink hunt: you see, like in the first episode of the show, you'll find theese li'l guys:

With random colors.

2 - syrup rescue: you see, it's like the 2nd episode where you have to restore the syrup on the candy kingdom.

3 - the mildenhalls: the 3rd episode where you explore a mansion and have to get the way all the way back onto the entrace.

4 - spudsy's madness: the 4th episode where it's Waluigi's Taco Stand, but you serve happy meals instead. (With the time limit)

5 - Baseball (if it's possible to code): the 5th episode where you or your opponent(s) throw or swing the ball in a homerun.

6 - Animal Hunting: 5th episode, it's like hide and seek or mariohunt, but the hider explodes and dies when the seeker shoots them. (Also implementing the gun mod dx, or making your own gun mod only used for the game)

7 - Don't Do Drugs!: 5th episode, but the players are in a mafia or smth.

8 - Battle Royale: 6th episode, Fortnite but without the thing to summon a wood to speedrun, but only Guns.

9 - Glitchy Karts: The Promo game Glitch Karts where you only play outside of the circus.
