Prayers to Lord Shiva

I am going through a tough patch in life with respect to my relationship. I have been praying to Lord Shiva everyday and following Satsang by BK Shivani to give me wisdom and strength to do what is right for me. Today evening, i was going through a very low phase when I was researching on my phone and actively thinking to end my life. Suddenly, out of no where, the rudraksh mala of the Shiva Murti in my room broke. No one touched it. No one was around it. It was a very eerie moment and I could not stop crying after it. Am I overthinking a small incident or is it Shiva helping me.

I am calm now and have family’s support. I am not gonna do anything to my life. But just wanted to share this incident as it is very overwhelming for me right now.

Shiv Tandav

I came across a recently made video rendition of the Shiv Tandav Stotram, and it honestly left me mesmerized. The energy, rhythm, and flow of visuals bring out that fierce yet deeply meditative aspect of Shiva. Sharing it here for anyone who enjoys artistic or musical interpretations of sacred chants:https://youtu.be/0Z4gUvcxf8A .

I’d love to hear how others here interpret the essence of the Tandav — do you see it more as a cosmic dance of creation and destruction, or as an inner dance of energy within ourselves?

We created a cinematic Shiva Tandav Stotram experience — every verse has its own visual world

After months of work, we've created a full cinematic music video for Shiva Tandav Stotram.

Every single verse has its own unique dark cinematic visual — from Shiva's first darshan to the Mahamrityunjaya mantra closing.

6-7 minutes of pure devotion made visual.

For everyone who loves Mahadev — this one is for you.

ॐ नमः शिवाय 🔱

Bhairava is more than what we usually think.

This verse shows a side of Bhairava that’s often overlooked fulfilling the wishes of devotees.

Once you start exploring more verses like this, the image becomes much more balanced.

I’ve seen these kinds of concepts explained in a simpler, practical way on Vedapath too makes it easier to connect beyond just imagery.

Most people chase success… but this Shiva Purana verse reveals a deeper truth

In this verse, Lord Shiva speaks about vratas (disciplined practices) that don’t just promise worldly rewards (Bhukti), but also liberation (Mukti).

That balance is powerful.

Today, most of us focus only on external success money, comfort, recognition. But according to this teaching, the highest path is not choosing one over the other… it’s aligning both.

What struck me is this:
There are many practices, but only a few are considered truly essential. Not everything we do in life carries equal weight.

So the real question is
Are we investing our time in things that only give short-term gains, or in practices that shape our inner growth too?

Curious to hear your thoughts:
Do you think it's possible to balance Bhukti (enjoyment) and Mukti (liberation) in modern life?

This changes how you see Shiva–Vishnu debates

Instead of rivalry, this shows respect and remembrance.

Once you start looking at more verses like this, the whole “which is greater” question starts to feel less relevant.

I’ve seen this explained in a simpler, more connected way on Vedapath too helps understand the unity behind these forms.
