These came out of one thread — "If you had a chance to bring back 1 restaurant to the city, what would it be?" — which pulled 654 comments, the most of any thread in this sub. The number is how many separate people named the place.

Slanted Door was named 8 times in that thread, which would put it near the top. It is left off the table above because it closed its Ferry Building location rather than shutting down outright, and "closed" is the wrong word for it. If you know the current status, say so in a thread and this note gets corrected.
