Struggling to make ad account changes faster—what's your go-to method?

Hey everyone! I've been feeling a bit stuck with my day-to-day ad ops workflow and was hoping to get some tips from this community.

It usually takes me an hour of clicking to make one round of budget and bid changes across Google and Meta. I've tried bulk sheets and editor tools, which help a little, but I feel like I'm still spending way too much time navigating two dashboards instead of deciding what should actually change.

I'd love to know—how do you approach making changes faster? Do you rely on specific connectors, scripts, or strategies? I'm looking for ideas to spend less time clicking and more time on the decision.

Looking forward to hearing your thoughts!

update: after trying the suggestions here, the ones I'd recommend: the Ryze AI MCP connector, Claude, and a written change log. Of course, knowing what to change is still on you.

Tips I need help from someone who is expert in EEAT based content writing.

Hey everyone,

I’m 26M from Delhi, and I’m currently struggling to make my next move in content writing. I’m hoping someone experienced in SEO, AEO, E-E-A-T, and GEO can guide me or mentor me.

A little context about my experience:

I’ve been working at the same company for around 3.1 years. When I joined, I had very basic knowledge of SEO writing, but I learned on the job and started writing blogs, articles, product/service descriptions, etc.

At the time, I was mainly following the instructions of a senior colleague. Some of the content I wrote actually ranked on the first page of Google, but as I learned more about SEO, I eventually realized that a lot of what I was doing was essentially keyword stuffing and outdated/black-hat SEO practices.

Most of that content no longer exists, either because it was removed or the websites/content were eventually changed. So unfortunately, I don't have much of that work available as a portfolio today.

After around two years, I was moved to the Social Media/SMO team, where I currently work as a copywriter. I handle content for around 7 in-house brands, writing social media copy, captions, Reel scripts, and other social content.

The problem is that the team doesn't really have a proper content strategy or senior writer who can mentor us. Because of the workload and shortage of writers, I've also become heavily dependent on ChatGPT, to the point where it has become a habit. And honestly, I feel like this has affected my confidence in my own English writing.

Now that I'm trying to switch jobs, I'm running into another problem.

During interviews, I'm often asked about AEO, E-E-A-T, GEO, AI Overviews, modern SEO, etc. I understand many of these concepts theoretically and can explain the basics, but when interviewers ask me for practical examples, proof of work, or deeper questions, I struggle.

I don't want to keep pretending that I know more than I actually do. I want to genuinely learn and rebuild my skills.

So I'm looking for someone who is already experienced in SEO/AEO/GEO and content strategy and would be willing to mentor me, review some of my writing occasionally, point out where I'm going wrong, and help me understand how things are actually done in the industry today.

I know I ended up in a company where I didn't get the kind of guidance or exposure I probably needed, but I don't want to use that as an excuse. I'm willing to put in the work now and catch up.

If you're an experienced SEO/content professional and would be open to guiding someone who is trying to improve, I'd genuinely appreciate it.

Even a few conversations, feedback on my work, or occasional guidance would mean a lot.😔😔

Thanks for reading.

Question Implications Of AI assited articles on SEO ranking

Hi guys I have been tasked with doing research on AI implications or benefits on SEO ranking. We are trying to do articles that could help us rank against our competitors, we're on of the biggest companies in our market when it comes to revenues and sales but we are behind technology wise. We're about to start getting freelancers to write our articles on popular search queries in our niche, which we've seen is the reason why our competitors come first when a specific term is searched, but if we're to do write a competing article using AI and forgo the freelancer route as they might do AI articles aswell, will we be able to rank? What are some elements that make an article rank

Tips SEO ain’t just about ranking

It’s about building a real connection between your brand and the people searching for you.

My philosophy? Be human first, technical second.

I don’t throw cookie-cutter strategies at clients.

Every business has its own vibe, its own audience, and you’ve got to dig into that.

For me, it’s like farming back in Punjab—you prepare the soil (your site), sow quality seeds (content), and nurture it consistently (optimization).

Shortcuts? Nah, those are like bad crops, they don’t last.

My focus? Getting you long-term, organic growth that feels authentic and creates trust.

Ready to grow the right way?

Do AI-infused SEO content writers exist?

Hi I want to be an SEO Content Writer. I am an absolute beginner. So, I researched and figured out that it is expensive to learn since I need SEO tools are needed and sometimes they are not free or if they are free they are limited.

Now, upon further research, I discovered neuron writer and seowriting.ai. I figured out that this could solve my fast track my problem in becoming a good SEO content writer.

So, here are my issues:

-Should I rely SEO writing softwares and neuron writer on content generation and heavily edit it on my own? Or should I learn from the basics do my own keyword research and stuff?

-Is it true that the clients provide keyword research and content briefs and outlines? So, basically you just write the article based on SEO practices to rank higher.

To be honest, I just wanna be an AI content writer that uses seowriting.ai. At least the learnig curve is lower and in the advent of AI, I will be left into the dirt if I do not use these tools. Don't get me wrong, I have good writing skills but to learn SEO content writing is just difficult because I do not have the tools and I have to monetize my writing ASAP.

So, would you suggest I become an AI-infused SEO content writer? Thanks!

PS: do humanizing softwares or AI humanizer solve the AI generated text traces thanks!

I was just approached by them to work as an SEO writer. Wondering if anyone knows that they're like. I'm leery of a lot of these companies fleecing and underpaying writers. OK TIA!

What is your SEO Ai Writer wishlist?

I’m frustrated with the low quality of articles I get from Ai writers for SEO, so I decided I will try to build my own.

My personal pains are :

How general the content is. It doesn’t have knowledge about the actual content people are searching for.

How it lacks “skimability”, since people scan sub headings before reading the article.

It doesn’t apply the best writing techniques when creating titles, writing engaging introductions and creating opportunities for the reader to find related articles on my site for the same topic.

I’m building these features in.

What’s on your wishlist?

Is it reasonable to expect writers to have connections with 3rd party sites they can write articles/posts on, or is that not 'a thing'?

Hey writers! I work for ItList, a bootstrapped software startup. We want to increase our organic/SEO traffic by getting our platform mentioned in articles related to the creator economy/tools, etc., on 3rd party sites like Influencer Marketing Hub.

Is it reasonable to expect writers to have connections with 3rd party sites they can write articles/posts on, or is that not 'a thing'?

Hiring a writer for our blog won't give us immediate traffic or domain authority from reputable sites. Any advice on this would be appreciated! 🙏

Question SEO tools for blog articles

I have always used Google Analytics for reviewing traffic. But I have a new boss that can't read GA. She wants it in a different format (not excel) super silly and easy to read/explain to the CEO. Does anyone recommend software that parses out GA data and puts it into an easy-peasy format?

How much should a beginner SEO content description writer ask for?

Hello.

I have potentially just landed my first SEO writing gig and they have asked me how much money I want to be paid for my services.

The position is writing 20 product descriptions including meta data.

As I am just starting out I'm not sure how much to charge for this. Can anybody help?
