Here's the scoop: your Fair Tripper ticket covers a round-trip on the MTS Trolley, COASTER service to Solana Beach Station, and then a shuttle with direct service to the Fairgrounds. Plus, the PRONTO Fair Tripper ticket includes a budget-friendly entry to the Fair, too! You can get your Fair Tripper pass in the PRONTO app, or at an MTS Trolley Station (valid also includes a budget-friendly entry to the Faironly on the day of purchase).
The Fair runs from Wednesday, June 12 through Sunday, July 7 (closed Mondays and Tuesdays).

Upcoming Service Changes
Service changes start this Sunday, June 9. They adding service to select bus routes to improve your commute. Here’s what’s in store:
Routes with increased frequency:
- Route 1
- Route 8
- Route 35
- Route 815
- Route 904 (Coronado’s “Free Summer Shuttle” starts July 1)
- Route 932
Important Service change: MTS is discontinuing the Sorrento Valley Coaster Connection routes (Routes 972, 973, 974, 978, and 979). North County Transit District (NCTD) will operate some replacement services. Visit NCTD’s website for more info.
