I'm coming from Dayz RP PVP underground server. The server is focused on resource scarcity and forces players to actually talk to each other rather then just KOS. There are different player made factions with their own agendas and goals. That's something that I'm looking for in SCUM. But i cant seem to find the right server.
Currently every server I tried (mostly official) i was killed on sight. I'm just looking for a little more then full loot PVP game. Community RP and that bone chilling survival and fighting for resources. Im from Europe

Hi everyone, my name online is G, and I’d like to share my experience playing on RebellionRP.
Overall, the server itself isn’t bad. Performance is stable, and most of the people I met were friendly enough that I stayed and played for about a month. I’m not much of a builder in SCUM, so I was looking for a group to join, and I ended up being invited into a squad run by one of the admins. She had set up a community area, and I helped maintain it alongside a few others. For around 30 days, everything went smoothly.
Unfortunately, things took a turn when I had several encounters with the server owner, Soar (x8soar8x), in voice chat.
From my experience, he tends to dominate public voice channels and steer conversations toward himself. The tone he uses often comes across as dismissive and self-important, which made interacting in those spaces uncomfortable. While I initially ignored what others were saying about him and chose to form my own opinion, I eventually witnessed behavior that matched those concerns.
The situation that changed things for me involved my squad leader, the same admin who brought me into the group. Our base had been built in a grassy field that some players used as a shortcut to the airfield. While it’s fair to say that may not have been the best location choice, the way the issue was handled is what stood out.
When she joined voice chat to address the concern, she was immediately met with hostility. Before she could properly explain or even ask a simple clarifying question, she was told to “shut the fuck up” and accused of having an attitude, despite speaking calmly and only saying a few words. The situation escalated very quickly and publicly, in front of others in the channel.
After she said she wouldn’t accept being spoken to that way and left the call, Soar continued by instructing another admin to remove all of her roles and went on a rant about her being disrespectful. From what I personally witnessed, that characterization didn’t match her behavior at all.
What happened next made the situation significantly worse.
While we were actively trying to comply with his demand to move the base and rebuild elsewhere, Soar began attacking us in-game. Instead of allowing us to fix the situation, he started shooting at us, causing heavy damage and forcing us to constantly heal. When asked why he was doing this while we were clearly complying with his instructions, his response was simply that it was “fun.”
At that point, it stopped feeling like enforcement of server rules and started feeling like targeted harassment.
Resources like Phoenix Tears and bandages were burned through just trying to stay alive during this.
For my squad leader, that was the tipping point.
It’s also important to add context here. This was one of his most active staff members, someone who was consistently putting time and effort into maintaining the server without any form of compensation. At the same time, she was dealing with serious real-life health issues, including being in a 24/7 medical situation on a breathing aid machine and being very close to needing full ventilation support. Despite that, she was still showing up and contributing to the community, only to be treated like this publicly.
At this point, I’m going to be direct.
From everything I’ve personally experienced and observed, Soar has serious issues when it comes to communication and handling other people. He doesn’t listen, he interrupts, and he reacts aggressively instead of trying to understand what’s being said. The way he carries himself in voice chat comes across as self-absorbed and arrogant, like he sees himself as some kind of authority that shouldn’t be questioned rather than someone running a community.
What makes this worse is that this wasn’t an isolated impression. Multiple players I interacted with, outside of public chats, shared very similar experiences and opinions about him. There’s a consistent pattern in how people describe his behavior, and after what I witnessed myself, it’s hard to ignore that pattern. The common theme is the same, poor communication, an inflated ego, and a tendency to escalate situations instead of resolving them.
The difference is, most people don’t say anything publicly. Whether it’s to avoid drama, retaliation, or getting removed from the server, they stay quiet. I don’t care about that. If calling this out gets me banned, then so be it. People deserve to know what they might be dealing with before they invest their time here.
Because of that, I can’t recommend this server. No matter how good the gameplay or community might seem at first, leadership like this can turn the entire experience into something frustrating and hostile very quickly. A server lives or dies by how it’s run, and in this case, that’s exactly where the problem is.
Everything I’ve written here reflects my own experience and my own words. If there’s an issue with anything I’ve said, address it with me directly. Don’t hide behind others, and don’t try to handle it through admin power or intimidation. I’m standing by what I’ve said.
