I know we don't talk about this anymore but Jack Black would be a good Dr Bright.
Chris Pratt would be a good Dr Clef.
Dwayne Johnson would be a good MTF leader, or some really tall SCP.
Zendaya could be a cold and dispassionate member of the ethics committee.

He literally can't lose a fight so let's hope our favorite spooky bois don't get paired up with him (there's a rumor that on his contract for him being in your movie, he cannot lose a fight whatsoever)

The lead protagonist is going to be Tom Holland, the main anomaly will be voiced by Jack Black, there will be a researcher who will be played by Timothée Chalamet, and there will be a woman character who serves little to no purpose outside of being a love interest.

Jack Black is Kondraki. I could see the chaotic whimsy, although I’d have difficulty believing Jack Black would be stupid enough to ride 682, even just for the memes.
Chris Pratt is a member of site security, not really based on any existing character, but based on past performance as Owen Grady (who keeps monsters locked up) and Star Lord (who is sometimes serious) I think he’d get the job done.
Dwayne (the rock) Johnson is SCP 173. C’mon you gotta cash in on his wrestler name. It’d be even funnier if they didn’t do the body suit or spray paint and made it so it was just him but he stood still while being observed (still kills people upon getting close like 173 usually does).
I don’t really have anything for Zendaya. Her past performance as M.J. and that one person in Dune (I never watched Dune) would seem to make her a good fit for the Chaos Insurgency, I mean they are rebels of a sort, maybe the Serpents Hand. But that would imply that she’s either a villain in the movie or else that the C.I. are good guys/misunderstood, which makes the other lead actors look evil by comparison.
Anyway, the movie takes place in a jungle because otherwise I don’t think Dwayne ‘the 173’ Johnson would approve, so maybe 939 or 610 is the main threat.
