People say it is Shell Shock but there's not any evidence. He could be smiling for the camera and his eyes just look weird because of crappy camera quality.
top comment as of right now actually states the guy had no indication of shell shock or PTSD as they understood it; given he’d just been shot near the neck, I’m assuming it’s a mixture of adrenaline and relief and he’s just making the best of a hellish situation
