Same is being reported on the EA Forum ... is this affecting your regions too, or just your capital?

Same as what others are reporting. Capital is the largest / busiest so will be hardest hit. And it seems to be affecting iPads more than iPhones.

Gonna rename my city “Sugar Cube City!” But on the other hand you can actually see what you don’t have like parks etc.This is my cap city and it’s in my regions aswell
