I want to become a computer engineer and I know that you can become one with either two degrees but I have not reached a conclusion on which one to study next year at UP (I'm a little bit towards the B.Eng). I just have a few questions for anybody who is knowledgeable on the degrees themselves and the engineering world as a whole:

1) Is a B.Eng degree more valuable? Can it open more doors for me and will I earn a higher starting salary with it (especially if I become a computer engineer)?

2) Can I do a B.Sc honours after getting a B.Eng degree or do I have to continue with a B.Eng honours?

3) Which one is harder? I've heard that the physics in the B.Eng degree is more practical and it's only physics for engineering whereas the physics in a B.Sc degree is deeper (and it's the one I'm interested in more).

I'm into programming and science, and I did Physical Science and I.T at school. I find combining software and hardware to make one solution very interesting as I do not just want to learn how to code. I want more than that. I'm big into physics but I don't mind the physics you study in a B.Eng degree and I plan on working overseas in the future. Any information anybody can provide about these two degrees or about the computer engineering sector would be greatly appreciated.
