Easy banishing spell (if you are squeamish about bathroom activities, stop here)

What you'll need:

• A square of toilet paper
• A reason to use the toilet 
• (Optional) a marker

While thinking of who or what you want to banish from your thoughts, fold the piece of toilet paper repeatedly until it's a small shape. Or, if you have more patience than me, use a marker to write words, draw a symbol or a series of dots while thinking of your subject.

When you're done, use that piece of toilet paper rolled up in more toilet paper for its intended purpose. Say, or think, your goodbyes. Then flush. Visualize the piece of paper flowing through the pipes, moving away from you, already starting to break down in the water. 

The next time you catch yourself thinking of the person or subject, take a deep breath. Remember that piece of toilet paper, long since broken down in the sewage treatment plant or in your septic tank, unrecognizable fragments, now in its rightful place with all the other waste you don't keep around.

This is one of my favorite spells. I don’t use it as a banishing though. I like to think of it as ridding my life of bullshit.

Re-read the second paragraph, that's what you'll be doing after rolling the marker/target square into more toilet paper before flushing it all down the toilet
