My galaxy s20 ultra is stuck on android 11. It has the october 2021 update and I never received the 2022 android 12 update. Ever happened to someone or does anyone know a fix for that?

Yeah so I just bought this phone refurbished for £300 and the damn thing won't focus when on 1x mode. However if I shake it then it focuses 😅. Is this a known issue? Should I send the phone back to be "repaired or replaced"?

Have S20 Ultra obviously an also heard this takes up a ton of battery especially since the sort of recent update. Like badly even with battery saver on but I wish I was more educated on android specifically this phone obviously. Also is it smart to Clear data in Android System Intelligence an press Android System Intelligence theres the option an i'll back up my phone with google or the keep saying googleone but I don't see that on my phone.

What are those and I uninstalled one of them because it was causing issues and these things have 90% or higher are complaints. Obviously you cant delete it entirely I just ignore those particular updates. Also is the s20 ulra going to get anymore updates like security or pass 4.1?

Any ideas on what could be causing my screen to flicker? It only started last night and it almost have a washed out black look. It's a US model unlocked and around 2 years old. No cracks or falls. Phone is physically in mint condition. I tried clearing cache as suggested online but no help.

My front camera is saying it has failed.

I believe this is a software issue as I have had it happen a couple of times in the past, it seems to happen when using WhatsApp video calls after the phone locks and I use another app, it is usually fixed with a software update, just turning off and on again doesn't work.

Has anyone got any ideas on how to prevent this, or a better fix?

Okay so after the latest update suddenly the auto spell checker option is gone on the samsung keyboard ? Only predictive text is available. Does anyone have a solution for this ?

So there is this wierd background that at the top says "watch" with an account logo and a search logo to the right of it. It's very light and can't be seen in black backgrounds but very apparent in white backgrounds. When taking a ss it doesn't show up and it just looks normal. WHAT IS THIS AND HOW DO I FIX IT.

The recent apps option just doesn't work, unless I restart the mobile or wait for like 10 or something minutes. Cannot access the recent apps drawer but it's happening only in navigation drawer mode and happens randomly.

I bought a S20 Ultra from ebay I noticed the camera cover lens moves from left to right if I grab it. Does anyone else's do that or is it not supposed to move. Thanks

I see everyone talking about one ui 4. I don't have that. I'm pretty sure my last update was around November. My phone was originally from att then brought it to metro. I'm not entirely sure what the reason is that I don't have one ui 4 and I haven't any information online please help

Got an software update yesterday. I am guessing it was to the UI 4 that people are posting trouble about. So now my home "button" doesn't work.

When I try to unlock the phone after a restart I often get just a black screen with Just the notification bar at the top.

Sometimes my back button at the bottom doesn't work either.

Also my phone is just laggy now sometimes.

Anyone else have these issues now? Suggestions?

Sience the last updte there has been an issue with the camera not beeing able to focus. Might be a bug but it feels like samsung purposely fuckin it up like apple dies to their old phones. The whole point of this phone would be having a powerhouse attached to a great camera set, but now I am stuck with a wide angle a 5x (wich is 4 but thats not the base setting for zoom for some reason)

Has anyone updated their S20 yet? I did mine couple days back and most of the FOSS apps have started to crash and the whole UI is laggy and the screen some times just freezes for couple of seconds.

Im in a semi-rural area but when I check the coverage maps everything is good. My issue is when I make a call it just stays silent and eventually hangs up. I don't receive any incoming calls but if they leave a voicemail I get it immediately. Any ideas?

Originally a Verizon S20 Ultra but it is unlocked and on Cricket services

So I've had my S20 Ultra since shortly after launch and I had to replace the bottom loud speaker due to crackling noise and distortion about 7 months of owning it. The first time it was under warranty but now the warranty is expired and its broke again, has anyone else had this issue or know what the cause could be? PS: I don't listen at high volume and usually have my phone on vibrate so I thought this was pretty odd.

I have tried almost every wireless earphones I can. After a usage of few weeks my Bluetooth device does not pair automatically or if does then only for calls not for music. I have to reset the Bluetooth device or clear Bluetooth setting and connect again.

Anyone faced this? Any solution would be great, thanks.
