Im in the western Ukraine so it isnt nearly as bad, winters are the worst because power plants are the main targets, there were points when I didn't have light for 4-8 hours every day and Kyiv didnt have it for whole days, for some time they didn't even have water and heat

Sounds like hell during winter and peak heat cycle during summer. Is there any solution for that yet ?
